New Business Ultimate Superior Promo Offer

1. What is New Business Ultimate SuperiorPromo Offer (NBUS)?

These plans have been designed to cater to the changing needs of the market, with greater
emphasis on both Data and Voice. Now customers are eligible to enjoy superior plan with
combination of Voice and Data all in addition to FREE CUG talking minutes.

2. How will the Device bundling work withNOBU?

A. Device add-ons are optional.


B. Device add-on can be subscribed along with the base plan or after base plan is activated.
C. Device will be in the retail price and as per the standard price in the new Business Ultimate
NBU (Same rate plans to be used for device).

3. Who are eligible for NOBU?

A. New customers (new acquisition, Pre to Post migration, MNP Port-in)


B. Existing customers (only upgrade from existing base plan is allowed. No downgrade in base
plan rental is allowed)

4. What documentation is required for NBUS?

Documents required for Company paid lines:

A. Original valid trade license, where staff will take a copy and sign on Original Seen.
B. Original Passport of person authorized by company, where staff will take a copy and sign on
Original Seen.
C. Original Letter of authority, where staff will take a copy and sign on Original Seen.

Documents required for corporate employees if the subscription is in an individuals name:

A. Original Emirates ID where staff will take a copy and sign on Original Seen.
B. Any one of the following:
a. Original Salary certificate with minimum salary of AED 2,500 (in case opting for
device, then AED 4000)
b. A UAE issued valid Credit card
c. Original of bank statement for period of last 3months mentioning the salary
d. Original Employment letter
C. NOC from company

5. What are the Offerings for the New Business Ultimate Superior Promo?

Below are Offerings for NBUS Promo -

6. Can customer downgrade/upgrade between base plans?

Upgrade/downgrade of the base plan within NBUS offers is allowed and does not affect contract
period end date.

7. Can a customer go for a handset bundle with these plans?


Yes. Customer can opt for a handset contract of 12/18/24 month as per his requirement. The new device rate
plans with zero subsidy will be applicable (same rate plans of NBU to be used).

8. Can an Existing customer of Etisalat opt for these Promo plans?


Yes. However only in case of customer base rental upward migration. For example if a customer is currently
on BU 99, he can migrate to NBUS 160 or above plan. However if a customer is on BU 399, he cannot take
NBUS promo as these offers are at lower rental.
9. What is the Promotion period end date?
This is a limited period promotion till 30-June16.

10. How will the customer get the Additional benefits listed in offer table above?
The Extra benefits will be given at the time of provisioning itself.

11. Is there an Exit charge if customer decides to port-out or cease his number under these plans?
Yes. These plans are for 12 Month or 24 month contract and if customer decides to exit/cease his contract
before 12 months, then he will be charged the Exit Charge as mentioned below

Exit charge for Promo base plans for 12 month contract: AED 100 x no. of remaining months.
Exit charge for Promo base plans for 24 month contract for CEP customer on AED 160 plan: AED 100 x
no. of remaining months + One Time Exit charge of AED 300
Exit charge for Promo base plans for 24 month contract for COCP customer: AED 100 x no. of
remaining months + One Time Exit charge of AED 300
Exit charge for Device contract (if opted): Device rental x No. of remaining months

12. What is the charging pulse for NBUS promo plans?


The bundled minutes are charged on a per minute pulse, while the Out of Bundle charges are on a per second
pulse

13. What happens after the Contract expires on NBUS Promo plans?
Customer will continue with the same rental and benefits. No exit charges apply after the contract expiry.

14. Are the bundled International minutes applicable for all countries?
Yes. There is no black list of countries. Only in-flight and satellite operators cannot be called using the bundled
international minutes.

15. If customer opts for 2 year contract without a device, is there any additional benefit?
Yes. Customers opting for 2 year contract can get a Special Number when they are opting for 2 year contract
without any device.
