What do you feel is your strongest artifact/assignment to promote your instructional designing skills?

Why?

I believe that my strongest artifact for this course is the Knovio presentation. It allowed me to showcase
my skills in several ways. First, I created a PowerPoint presentation for my workforce challenge to
include three engaged activities for my audience. The slides were visual representations of my abilities
to effectively design an appealing presentation that included graphics and limited text. I also
incorporated a video for one activity, although the video was not played for the purposes of my Knovio
recording. This artifact allowed me to demonstrate my audible skills by recording my vocal instruction
for each slide. It is important that audio recordings are clear and easily understood by learners. I
believe this assignment provided an easy way to demonstrate my speaking abilities. The content of the
presentation included three objectives for the proposed training to solve the workforce challenge. Each
section of the presentation included an activity and supporting instruction for the objectives. Overall, I
think this was the most comprehensive artifact that effectively represents several of my instructional
design skills.
