Tailwind not authorized.
Anti-skid, Autobrakes (If installed), and Autospoilers must be
operational and used. Autobrakes setting of MED or MAX is
recommended for the MD80 if installed.
Both Thrust Reversers must be operable.
Flaps 40.
Landing with any MEL/CDL item affecting landing distance is not
authorized.
Ex-TWA FMS MD80s are not authorized to conduct the RNAV
(GPS) instrument approach (IMC) to runway 13/31.
Dry runway is required for all revenue passenger and ferry flights.
