Re: application for access to information (Right to Information Act , 2005)

The applicant learns that the ministry sought a report from state
concerned, thus he seeks the following information:-

Out of the 38-39 people killed and hundreds injured in violence of Panchkula/Sirsa and
surrounding area of Haryana/Punjab on 25th August 2017 in the aftermath of conviction of so
called Guru Ram Rahim ,head of Dera Sachcha Sauda, a religious sect :-

people who
sustained bullet
injuries in
consequence of
the aforesaid
incident/riot in
the upper part of
their bodies
(b)The number of
people who sustained
bullet injuries in
consequence of the
aforesaid incident/riot
in the back portion of
their bodies

2. Information of pending/contemplated measures, if any, to

make our riot prevention forces (police, military, or other
security forces) more sensitive as we the nation of India are

recognized as the largest democracy in the world.

3. Prevailing /contemplated measures, if any, for mandatory

code of conduct applicable to religious sect(s) in India.

You may kindly take a note that the RTI appellant is a selfless
citizen of India, his main focus is that of PSU insurance sector
giants where corruption in public life is institutionally supported by
way of promotion and protection of doubtful integrity insurance
officers.
Presently the appeal is filed as the applicant dreams of a day that a
code of conduct is enforced to all religious sects.
