2nd Amendable Interrupt Speakers Pass Description
x Calls to attention a breach of rules
Physical distractions, temperature, interrupts an inaudible

Method for delegate to ask chair about rules, procedures
Method for delegate to ask speaker a question if speaker
has not already yielded the time remainder.
Changes amount of time allotted for speakers or topic/item
