How To Contour Your Face

Required Materials

Prep the Face Area

1. Apply moisturizer of your choice to entire face area.
2. Dip beauty blender into your Maybelline 360 foundation.
3. Use the beauty blender to dab the foundation onto your entire face.

Concealing
4. Apply Tarte concealer underneath left and right eye.
5. Form a triangular shape when applying concealer underneath the eyelids. (Refer to
picture underneath).

6. Apply a small amount of concealer right in between your eyebrows and onto your chin.
7. Use the concealer to create a small thin line onto the bridge of your nose.
8. Use the beauty blender to blend in all the concealer.
9. Make sure not to wipe the concealer when blending, always dab the concealer lightly until it is
completely blended into the skin.
10. When blending in the area underneath your eyelids, blend in an upwards motion.

How To Blend

Contouring Your Cheeks

11. Use Maybelline Master Contour stick to begin contouring.
12. When choosing a contour color make sure that the color is two shades darker than your own
skin tone.
13. Suck in your cheeks to create a fish face; This will help create a starting point for
contouring.

The Fish Face

14. When creating your first contour line, form a thick line starting at the ear and progressively
make line thinner when moving down the face.
15. Make sure to follow the natural line formed underneath your cheekbones while contouring.
16. Stop the contour line right before you reach the corner of your mouth.
17. Repeat steps 11-16 on other side of face.

Contouring the Forehead

18. Use contour stick to shade in top of forehead.
19. Apply the contour foundation in light strokes when applying it to the forehead.
20. Do not apply the contour stick any lower than the middle of your forehead.

Contouring the Jaw and Chin

21. Apply contour stick to the jawline in small strokes.
22. Create a smooth line on both sides of the jaw.
23. For a more defined look, lightly dab the contour stick onto your chin. However, this step is
completely optional.
24. On both sides on your chin use the beauty blender to dab the contour foundation in an
upwards motion.

25. This will create a small oval on both sides of chin.

Contouring the Nose

26. Use small Maybelline foundation brush to start contouring nose.
27. Sweep the foundation brush onto your contour stick to pick up the product.
28. Start by creating a small line on the inner part of your eyebrow.
29. Gently bring the line down to the bottom of your nose using small strokes.
30. Repeat steps 28 and 29 on the other side of your nose.
31. Swipe the brush across the contour stick to pick up product.
32. Lightly dab product onto the bridge of nose.
33. Apply the remainder of product left on the brush to the nostrils.

Blending in the Contour

34. To start blending in the contour start with light tapping motions on the sides of the cheek
using the beauty blender.
35. Be sure to blend in an upward motion.
36. Blend the contour on forehead in an upwards motion towards the hairline.
37. Blend around the jawline in soft downward taps.
38. Grab the small Maybelline foundation brush to begin blending in the nose area.
39. Soften the contour line on nose by making small angular strokes with the foundation brush.
40. Continue to lightly dab the nose until the contour is completely blended.

Setting the Concealer and Contour

41. Take out the Maybelline Master Sculpt product.
42. Dip the Master Sculpt brush into the dark brown side of the product.
43. Apply the Master Sculpt product to all contoured areas of the face.

44. Dip the same Master Sculpt brush into the light side of the product.
45. Apply the product to all concealed areas of the face.
46. Make sure all concealed and contoured areas are set.

Finishing Touches
47. Take out Maybelline setting spray.
48. Hold setting spray a few centimeters away from face.
49. Then, spritz on the setting spray to all areas of the face.
50. Now your face is contoured, concealed, and ready to go!

*Warning: Test all foundation, concealer, and contouring products on a small

area of skin before using products on the entire face.
