METHODOLOGY
Start Up
1. Fill up the water tank to the indicated 7 litres level.
2. Plug in all output devices cable (yellow and red colour) to output devices terminal
(output A).
3. Plug in output cable from output channel OC225 to terminal Output B.
4. Set key switch programming console to program position.
5. Switch on the main power supply.
6. Switch on PLC.
7. Switch on the mixer motor controller.
8. Switch on the ISMATEC peristaltic pump.
9. Write the program via programming console (refer to the program details).
10. Set key switch programming console to run position.
11. Activate all output devices. Plug in output cable from output channel OC225 to
terminal Output A. (Switch off the main power supply before connecting cable).
Shutdown
1. Stop all running output devices.
2. Set key switch programming console to program position.
3. Drain the bioreactor tank.
4. Switch off the ISMATEC peristaltic pump.
 5. Switch off the mixer motor controller.
6. Switch off PLC.
7. Switch off the main power supply.
