include: course development for new bachelors program
concentration, provide academic leadership
ensuring faculty follow a cohesive system approach,
submit monthly progress reports and attend monthly Division
Academic Committee (DAC) meetings.
2011-present Faculty B Ed Degree Course (Early Years/ Primary)
Responsibilities include: teaching classes on a variety of subjects
for primary and early years degree courses e.g. school management
educational theory and best practice, SEN, SLA, as well as
writing assignments and exams preparing, grading students,
course development, supervising and assessing students on teaching
practice, liaising with local and international schools in preparation
for teaching practice students, deliver PD and assess early years staff
at the campus preschool.

2009-2011 Leadership Advisor/Head of Faculty KG - Responsibilities include:
coaching and mentoring principals on all aspects of school
improvement; including identifying priorities in the
school for improvement, writing the SIP and action plans
to drive forward whole school improvement; writing the principal
and vice principals professional development plans, deployment
of advisory team, performance management of staff, whole school
training on all aspects of the New School Model, the SEF process
writing the school annual report and management of the school
budget. I have also been part of a monitoring team evaluating
progress at other schools against the KPIs.
2006-2009 Lead Advisor- KG, Girls Primary/Boys Primary (Cycle 1)
Supporting principals/vice principals in aspects of school
improvement, including: introducing new pedagogies, classroom
observations, scheduling and implementation of distributed
leadership model. Whole school CPD training, as well as coaching
and mentoring teachers in new pedagogies, planning and
assessment. Other duties included: performance management of
staff, budget and resource management.
2005-2006 International School of Turin, Turin, Italy.
Grade 1 class teacher, teaching PYP curriculum in a school
catering for 3-18 year olds. The students are comprised of
more than 31 different nationalities. The schools curriculum is
international and leads to the completion of both the American
college preparatory diploma and the International Baccalaureate
(IB) Diploma.

Year 4 class teacher at a school in a low socio- economic area,
catering for 275 student, aged 4-9.

Jan 1999- Punchbowl Public School, Sydney, Australia


Dec 1999 A one year international opportunity as an exchange
teacher of a Year One class. This was at an established,
multicultural school, where 95% of the students were
from a non-English speaking background. The school
catered for 700 students, aged 5-11.

1993-2003 Dell County Primary School, Oulton Broad, Suffolk, England


Class teacher of Reception, Year 1, 2 and 3 at a school catering
for 250 students, aged 4-9.
Responsibilities: Library Coordinator, Design and Technology
Coordinator, History Coordinator, (this involved writing a new
policy document, rewriting the long and medium term plans
and reorganizing and restructuring the resources)
I was also responsible for developing the role of parents in the
school, (writing and producing school leaflets for parents and
students, as well as implementing new initiatives.
