Extraction of the Multisserie
Meat version:
Direct extraction:
- Minimum diameter of the ducting has to be 100 mm. The connection on the
Multisserie is 75 mm.
- The ducting has to be heat-resistant. Temperatures approximately 200C.
- The ducting has to be tight fit and be fitted with a central drain for condensation.
Ducting has to be insulated.
- The drain must be located in the lowest part of the horizontal section of the ducting to
prevent condensation draining back into the Multisserie.
- The ducting has to be detachable for servicing.
- The ducting has to be cleanable.
- We do not advise the installation of an extraction fan. This will extract too much
moisture from the products.
Bake Version:
Direct extraction:
- Minimum diameter of the ducting has to be 100 mm. The connection on the
Multisserie is 75 mm.
- The ducting has to be heat-resistant. Temperatures approximately 200C.
- The ducting has to be detachable for servicing.
- We do not advise the installation of an extraction fan.
Note: When the Bake version is used for fresh doug the extraction has to meet the
specifications for the Meat version.

Automatic cleaning in the Multisserie
After starting up of the process the display will indicate: PLEASE WAIT. The oven
cools down or heats up to 50C. When cooling down it is advisable to open one or
more doors, to evacuate the heat inside faster. Also the cooling down is accelerated in
the process by opening the water valves on the blowers every 3 seconds and with the
blowers on high speed.
After reaching 50C there will be a short beep signal and on display the text: SPRAY
CLEANER. Spray Euro-Grill clean super cleaner on the whole inside of the oven.
After closing of the doors the display indicates: PLEASE WAIT. And a timer counts
down from 120 to 0 seconds. Note: The software checks if the door has been opened!!
When the timer is on zero there will be a short beep and the display indicates: SPRAY,
AND START. Spray Euro-Grill clean super cleaner on the whole inside of the oven.
Note: The software checks if the door has been opened!!
Press the start key and now the cleaning process runs automatically. Again the display
indicates: PLEASE WAIT and a timer counts down from 120 to 0 seconds.
When the timer is on zero the display indicates: HEATING. Now the oven warms up
to 80C for a period of 10 minutes. During this period the water valves on the blower
open every 6 seconds to supply additional steam.
After these 10 minutes the blowers will stop and the display will indicate: WASHING.
Now first the sprayers in the door post are activated for 3 minutes to clean the
accessories and centre. After this the sprayers in the central spray pipe are activated
for 3 minutes to clean the glass and bottom of the oven. Note: For an optimum result
the water pressure has to be minimum 1.5 bars.
The display now indicates: DRYING. The blowers turn on at high speed and the
heating elements come in. The oven will be dried on a temperature of 140C for a
period of 30 minutes. Also the air valve will be opened.
After these 30 minutes the automatic cleaning is ready and the Multisserie will be
turned off automatically.
Note: The automatic cleaning process as described above has the settings that are
recommended by us. However it is possible to change the settings for this process. These
settings can be changed in the menu MODIFY SETTINGS.
The parameters which can be changed are as follows:
CLEAN HEAT TIME. Adjustable between 1-120 minutes. Standard on 10 minutes.
CLEAN HEAT TEMP. Adjustable between 5-120C. Standard on 80C.
CLEAN WASH TIME. Adjustable between 1-10 minutes. Standard on 6 minutes.
CLEAN DRY TIME. Adjustable between 1-120 minutes. Adjusted on 30 minutes.
CLEAN DRY TEMP. Adjustable between 1-200C. Adjusted on 140C.
CLEAN WATER INTV. Adjustable between 1-12. Adjusted on 10. These are the
pulses per minute during the HEATING step.
Error messages
All error messages result in a shutting down of the Multisserie. You can check all messages in
the service menu. The next errors are generated by the Multisserie.
Error F00 + 02 + 08 + 10: Check wiring. Check connector X3 on board. Check resistance of
sensor. Check board.
Error F04 + 12: Check wiring. Check connector X3 on board. Check resistance of sensor.
Check board. Check the sliding contact and the wiring of it.
Error F17: ???
Error F19: Check wiring and connection. Check if there is an alternating signal of 0V or 5V
direct current on the connector of the opto switch and on the board. Dismount the opto and
check the 2 voltages by alternatingly inserting of a piece of paper between the opto and
removing this again.
Error F20: Reset the safety thermostat manually and check the setting. Check the sensors at
the top and bottom. Check function of safety thermostat.
Error F22: Load new software.
Error F23: Set the real time clock in the modify settings menu.
