PREPARATION OF THE PROJECT STUDY

We have submitted all the required requirements for Renewable Energy.AS Renewable Energy Applicant
We submitted the necessary legal, financial and technical documents to Renewable Energy Developer.
For legal documents we submitted the original copy of our certification from the Board of Directors and
Officers that authorize as representative to negotiate and enter into an RE Contract with the DOE and
the duly certified Articles of incorporation or other equivalent legal documents showing the names of
officials, ownership control and affiliates.
For technical requirements we make sure that the capability to
undertake the obligations under Re Contract. It includes the track record or experience, work program, key personnel
experience and list of existing company-owned and own equipment. In terms of Financial capability we gave our audited financial
statements for the last two years and unaudited financial statement for the filling date of 3 months, Bank certification to
substantiate the cash balance , project cash flow statement for 2 years and the list of companies, equipment and facilities
.Then finally the payment of application and processing fees.

Organizing the promoters or original investor

Bright Energy Solutions Company is a private and stock coporation. We started with ten (10) original investors. As we
started this business we already determined the classifications of the shares that we own. We decided that five (5) of the
shareholders are common stock holders, which means they are the one who have the right to vote and the remaining five (5) will
be preferred stock holders, which means they are just one of the owners of the company itself.

In establishing our company we need the help of the professionals as well. So we have set our standards to every position that we
are looking for. Below are the list of the qualifications.

Marketing Personnel:

BA/BS in business, finance, marketing, or engineering.


MBA a plus.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years in energy and/or power marketing experience.
Experience closing long-term off-take agreements

Must possess strengths in the following:

Strong communication skills and ability to explain complicated subjects/transactions.


Ability to work well with several different functional teams (e.g. development, finance, accounting).
Must be numerate and able to work easily with valuations.
Ability to work well as a team member and a team leader.
Take initiative to find new counterparties and learn new markets.
Driven, hardworking individual with high standards for self and others

Financial Personnel:

BS in Finance or BS in Accountancy
Knowledgeable in BIR/SEC rulings and requirements for corporations

Familiar to BIR and other government mandatories

Auditor Personnel:

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy


Must be hardworking, can do multi task
Has the ability to work in deadlines
Good concentration

Electric Engineer:
Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer
At least 2 years of working experience
Mechanical Engineer:
Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
At least 2 years of working experience

For our organizational structure, we have chosen the flat organizational structure. Since we are just starting, a flat
organizational structure is easy to use and is being used in the industry in reality. As you can see in the chart the CEO or
Chief Executive Officer is on the top, he is the one who is responsible for the whole company itself. Under him is the COO of
Chief Operating Officer, he is the one who is accountable to all kinds of operation in the organization. Under the COO are the
different departments inside the organization. First is the Accounting Department, they are the one who is in control of the
bookkeeping, payroll, general accounting. The Marketing Department are the one who is deciding on what are the decisions
that should be made by the organization. For example, whether to purchase or not. The Financial Department is the one who
is responsible for the scheduling of the payroll. The Electrical Engineer is the one who is responsible for the electric related
thing that is being needed by the company. Mechanical Engineer is the one who is responsible for the setup of the solar
panels, they are like the overall in charge when it comes to the solar panels. These people are what the company needs in
order to function well.
The marketing entity

A team for the marketing entity will be identified later.


All of the core team listed above are well known in the energy systems industry, their local communities and the broader
environment and sustainability movement. There is no lack of people who can be recruited, but the key is to have a product
and service to sell, and an ability for the customer to finance the project.

The team of contractors


A preliminary selection of contractors to work on projects has already been made. These are contractors and sub-
contractors that have already worked with the core management team described above.
There are hundreds of independent contractors who are qualified to do the work required. As fully independent contractors
their work may be inferior as they cut corners, but under the project management and oversight regime they will do high
quality work at an efficient cost.
Some contractors have a specialization in the energy-efficiency sector, others are specialized in trades which have
application to the projects. The right mix will deliver the right project at the right cost.

The team of suppliers


For certain items there are relatively few large vendors. The proposed organization is a
structure that gives more purchase leverage with large vendors than many independent
operators. As time goes by, it is to be expected that there will be more concentration
among these major vendors.
For other items it is possible to buy locally from a large number of small vendors.
The organization will mix the purchase operation so that costs are minimized while
quality is enhanced.
