Preparation of Daily Progress Report and Daily Manpower Report
Identification and Correlation of Raw Materials with Material test certificates.
Maintain equipment history. Co-ordination with QA / QC Activities.
Welding Inspection of Pipe Weld, Liner Welds for Fit up Stage, Root and final Stage, NDT (PT, RT)
as per approved procedure.
Managed the welding program, Welder Test and Weld Inspections. Inspection of bevel
preparation, joint fit-up, and weld visual inspection.
Witness of welder qualification as per the ASME Sec IX.
Final alignment to the valve directions & flow direction
