Ive been working with Platform Brand for just over 6 years during which time they have
provided exemplary creative and design resource to BHP Chartered Accountants.
Platform Brand have produced internal and external branding, corporate stationery,
advertising, web graphics and marketing literature for us and I have to say I would
never contemplate using anyone else.

When Simon first


presented the
strapline for TUFTEK,
harderware, my first
thought was genius!

The concept of indestructible phone accessories was an interesting


one. What better name for that concept product than TUFTEK?
Platform Brand were asked to bring this to life with branding
and advertising concepts that hammer home the durability and
reliability of a product 3 times tougher than its competition.
Quite a challenge, but like TUFTEK, Platform Brand can take it!
JEREMYS AT THE BOATHOUSE

Design

When we first met with Jeremys at the


Boathouse they were the latest news in
Brighouse, a different dish on the menu
of bars and restaurants in the area. They briefed
SIX that they wanted customers to spread the
message that Jeremys is here and that its the
place to be for good food and good times. So, we
thought lets give them the news (and menu) to
take home with them...

A micro-engraver turned fine artist? A man who has engraved the


words nothing is impossible on the sharp edge of a razor-blade?
A man who lowers his heart-rate to such an extent hes capable of
engraving the entire Lords Prayer onto the head of a pin?
The man is a magician. Thats exactly the brand we set out to
create for Graham Short.

As another 10 year client, The Exchange Arcade in


Nottingham is a place very close to our hearts. Having
created their brand in 2006 Platform Brand have
now produced two magazines every year packed with
the wonderful fashion and discussion created by the
impressively high-end collection of fashion brands who
call The Exchange their Nottingham home.

I was pondering how to improve the


marketing of the company back in January and
Simon pointed out that the company name I
was using at the time (CF6 Media) didnt really
say video and animation to him. Also, he
wasnt sure what CF6 meant either. With that
mild insult he left the office and came back
the next day with a new name and logo for me!
From shortly after that day my company was
rechristened Elevator with the brilliant tag
line Uplifting Film. I particularly loved the
clever icon in the middle of the word Elevator
making the V and the A into up and down
elevator arrows. What a transformation this
has had! I cant thank Simon enough for my
brilliant new name and logo.
