Tarot Pathworking - Template for the Number Cards:

1. Prepare for the Pathworking as described elsewhere.
2. State your intent:
[Card title], I seek to know in order to serve. Please reveal your
secrets to me, as much as my understanding will allow.
3. Imagine that a grey robed, cowled figure appears in the scene in the
curtain. This may be your Guide.
4. Draw the Pentagram before the curtain. If the figure in the curtain
changes or disappears, wait for the image to stabilize and draw
another Pentagram, until the figure remains stable and strong.
5. Step through the curtain.
6. You have entered a square-sided chamber, in which the scene in the
card is depicted in 3-D. The Guide (the grey robed figure) is standing
to one side.
7. Ask the Guide the following questions to start with:
a.What is the role of this card in your life?
b. In what way can you learn from this card so that you may better
know in order to serve?
8. In future pathworkings, you may substitute questions of your own
choosing.
9.Thank the Guide, who will lead you back to the curtain and into the
Temple.
10. Before leaving, raise your hand in a gesture of thanks and imagine
the Temple filling with bright light.
11. Go out of the Temple through the card curtain.
12. Close down as described in the Preparation.
