Monday Spiritual goal for this week: As a Christian, I will make sure my own

Tuesday Many times we forget that there are people
October who need our time, just to visit. Autumn is a

Wednesday Today’s resolution: We get so busy that we ourselves don’t take the
October time to read and reflect. Choose one article or book and read it
13 from front to back this week and next.

Thursday Do this for yourself: Make an inventory of everything you eat in


October one day. Adjust it to be healthier – just change one food.
