CORRIGENDUM NO. 1 TO TENDER REF NO. NEA000ETT16000148 FOR THE LEASE OF FOOD
WASTE RECYCLING MACHINES AND TRAINING SERVICES IN SCHOOLS

Dear Sir / Madam,

1. We refer to the above mentioned Invitation to Tender dated 2 December 2016. This
Corrigendum consists of 4 pages including this letter and its attachments.

2. Our replies to queries received are as follows:

delivery of the Machines. The bins should be used by
the schools during the 2 year lease.

improper use or mishandling by the Agency, the
Contractor would not be liable to replace the bins.
Please refer to Part 1 Section B: Conditions of
Contract, Clause 28 Warranty. The Contractor
should also work closely with the school to educate
the students on the proper usage of the bins.
