How can I make sure my students are in a safe learning environ

1.Be open and honest with the students. If I cant be
vulnerable with them, how could they be vulnerable with
me?
2. Create trust between student and teacher--doing so by
doing trust exercises
3. Make sure students have me to talk to and if they cant
talk to me, provide them with ulterior workers who they can
also talk to (counsellors)
4. Involve parents/community in some aspects of their
learning, making the classroom feel more safe and
provided for
5. Dont hold bias towards other cultures, each culture is
unique and should never be discouraged

I know I will be successful in my goal of my students feeling saf
learning environment when a student's comes to me and expres
opinion on their idea of a safe learning environment. Another m
success is when students can walk into a classroom and feel sa
