The data were gathered through survey using the researcher made questionnaire. The
survey has sample response of 30 respondents. They were asked 5 questions among the
employees were answered by random employees. Response choses Agree, Perhaps, and
Disagree.

The table shows the responses of the respondents under the Intellectual Stimulation.
Accordingly, the leader actively engages followers for our ideas and criticizes us with
consideration, eleven (11) or 37% of the respondents answered AGREE; nine (9) or 30%
responded PERHAPS with statement, and ten (10) or 33% responded DISAGREE.
Our leader encourages us to think differently in a creative and innovative way, eighteen

favour of the research hypothesis. Therefore, there is a significant difference in
transformational leadership style used in marawi city and its impact on the job satisfaction as
