DEED OF DONATION INTER VIVOS

(PARCEL OF LAND)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this DEED OF DONATION, made and entered into by and between: JOHNNY
DELOS REYES, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married, and a resident Brgy. Sta. Brigida,
Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR, and MILES
DELOS REYES, single, of legal age, and a resident of Brgy. Commonwealth, Quezon City,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the DONEE.

-WITNESSETH-

That the DONOR is the owner of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Hulo, Mansalay,
Oriental Mindoro, Philippines and described as follows:

A parcel of land with OCT no. 43567 in the name of Johnny Delos Reyes Jr., situated in
Bgy. Sta. Brigida Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro containing an area of FORTY THOUSAND
SQUARE METERS (40,000 Sq.m.)

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR have for his
child, the DONEE, the said DONOR hereby TRANSFERS, GIVES, and CONVEYS unto the
DONEE, assigns the property above-described, including all improvements found thereon, free
from all liens and encumbrances and charges of whatsoever nature;

That the DONOR hereby states, for the purpose of giving full effect and validity to this
donation, that he has reserved for himself sufficient property, in full ownership, which is
necessary and adequate for his support in consonance with his standing in society;

That the DONOR further states that this donation is not made with the object of
defrauding his creditors, having reserved to himself sufficient property to answer for his debts
contracted prior to this date;

ACCEPTANCE

That the DONEE hereby accepts this donation and hereby expresses her gratitude for the
kindness and liberality of the DONOR, her beloved FATHER;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and DONEE have hereunto set their hands on
this 21 September 2017, at Quezon City Philippines.
