Dear Mayor Barzaga:

We write you on behalf of our Company, International Family Food Services, Inc. - Shakey's and our
Contractors regarding the proposed construction of Shakey's along Aguinaldo Highway, Cavite City.

We would like to request for a meeting to discuss with your good Office the Shakey's concept and how
we can assist the Local Government Unit of your City. In particular, we could assist into the recruitment
and hiring of qualified youth of Dasmarias to work for Shakey's.

Also to add, we are to build a legacy Shakey's store that would offer a 'unique'-dining experience to
Damarieros.

We propose for a meeting on March 21, Monday at your most convenient time, but we are open to
other dates and times upon your availability. Accompanying me to the meeting will be some other key
representatives of our organization from Operations/Technical Services/Marketing and our
Contractor(s).
