Warmest greetings! I write in behalf of my client, SPS. ARCADIO J.

BALA and MERLITA D. MENDOZA-BALA, concerning LRC Case No.
8843 2013-211 in which they are the Petitioner. The case was assigned to your
branch and is already terminated.

My client is in need of a certified true copy of the judgment rendered in the

said case as well as the finality or entry thereof.

The above needed documents are required by the Provincial Assessor of

Cavite for the correction of the tax declaration of the property subject of the
petition in the names of my client. Hence, this request.
