Meter and EVC checked from inside. EVC data shows zero minimum pressure on 20.03.2015 (Daily log),
from 28.01.2016 (2300 hrs) to 29.01.2016 (1000 hrs) and in several other continuous logs. Zero flow
noticed from 12.11.2015 (1000 hrs) to 26.02.2016 (1700 hrs) and in several other continuous logs.
Reduced flow noticed in several continuous logs. Reverse flow indication noticed in several logs.
Uncorrected fault volume of 1440 (Cu.Ft) noticed due to low pressure values.

(1) A case of meter tampering due to broken seal wire which creates a possibility of accessing meter/EVC internals in
order to secure unregistered gas. To be forwarded to Competent Detection & Evaluation Committee for final decision
and to assess whether meter depressurization, zero/reduced flows and above mentioned observations are due to
operational reasons or pilferage of gas. (2) Uncorrected fault volume of 1440 (Cu.Ft) noticed on which proper
pressure/temperature factor has not been applied. Underbilling should be checked for recovery after application of
proper correction factor.
