to spend some me time than at a luxury villa on a private island? Sihanoukvilles popularity as a
coastal getaway has sparked the construction of several island resorts and housing developments
nearby, including the $460 million Morakot Village project on Koh Puos Island. Construction of the
first block of villas is scheduled to be completed late next year, with pre-sales of 36 fully-furnished
villas starting at $1.5 million.

on the market are serving army and
police officers - but hiring them is a

in uniform. The going rate for such

at an incredible rate, its important

after being fined for driving his Hummer through a city park and was later
