1.10 STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS

1.11 Validation of Civil works for pearl cooperatives Ajayi apata, working drawings
available in print.
1.12 Validation/ Updating of all working drawings for the documentation process as
regards Vertikal request.
1.13 Checking of first floor beam /slab reinforcements prior to casting for C /15B
(Funmi Ale) and Hon. Adegboyega (external client).
1.14 Checking of column reinforcements prior to casting for D/ 28 (external client).
1.15 Site Visit to 523, 9/34, 5/9 and Pearl Nuga Park Extension to Check
reinforcement works. Visit to Nuga Park Extension also ensured adequate
information on Type of steel supplied as regards structural design
requirements.

1.20 QUANTITY SURVEYORS

1.21 Actual Physical Measurement of fence columns for 7 /12, Pearl Gardens Estate.
1.22 Actual physical measurement for tiling works for 1/ 11A and 1/ 12A Pearl
Gardens Estate.
1.23 Measurement and preparation of external works materials (kerbs, interlocks
and filing sand) for 9/ 5B Pearl Gardens Estate.
1.24 Measurements for Tiling and external works for 413 Pearl Gardens Estate.
1.25 Summary of outstanding works for all Pearl Garden Projects.

1.30 SERVICE ENGINEER (MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL)

1.31 Plumbing fix to drainage and water supply to toilet for Unit 3, Lekki Project.
Pressure testing was also done for above mentioned project.
1.32 Installation of electrical pole and meter board and maintenance works for 7 /12
Pearl Gardens Estate.
1.33 Installation of sanitary wares (ongoing), soil piping (completed) for 413 Pearl
Gardens Estate.
1.34 Repair works at water treatment plant, Pearl Gardens Estate.
1.35 Installation sanitary wares and soil piping completed for 9 /5B Pearl Gardens
Estate.

1.40 LAND SURVEYORS

1.41 Establishing level gauges for casting of first floor slab at C/ 15B Pearl Gardens
Estate.
1.42 Marking of levels for first floor beams/ slab works at NLNG 5 Pearl Nuga Park
Extension.
