Lesson 1 The Right Way to Learn to

Speak English (New)

Want to improve your English speaking fast?

If yes, you must do two things

Number one, spend more time on learning methods that actually work.

Number two, stop wasting time on learning methods that dont work.

Make sense, right? But how do you know what works and what doesnt?

The video tutorial below will answer that question.

Summary
1. There are two ways to learn to Speak English: explicitly or implicitly.

2. Explicit learning results in explicit knowledge. To use explicit knowledge, you need
to think about it.

3. Implicit learning results in implicit knowledge. To use implicit knowledge, you dont
need think about it.

4. Implicit learning is the right way to learn English because you dont need to think
about English when speaking.

But Wait a Minute!

If explicit learning doesnt work, how come many English students like to learn this way?

The answer is simple.

When people learn English explicitly (for example, studying grammar), they feel like theyre
learning something. It gives them a sense of accomplishment.

When people learn English implicitly (for example, listening to English conversations), they
dont feel like theyre learning anything. So theres no sense of accomplishment. Thats why
most people dont like to do it.

Learning Activities to Stop Doing

1. Stop studying grammar.

Stop consuming articles and Youtube videos about grammar.

Get rid of your grammar books.

Stop going to English classes that teach grammar.

2. Stop consuming articles and Youtube videos with titles like these:

Talk, Speak, Tell Whats the difference?

6 confusing words small & little, big & large, tall & high

Slang in English Bodily Noises FART, BURP, YAWN, HICCUP, QUEEF

These titles have nothing to do with grammar, but they teach English vocabulary explicitly,
which results in explicit knowledge. Even if you understand the video/article perfectly, you
wont be able to use that knowledge when speaking.

Heres What You Need To Do

Knowledge is useless without action.

Heres what you can do to make what youve learned today useful:

If youre currently learning English explicitly (for ex, studying grammar), decide if
you want to continue doing that.

If you decide to continue, unsubscribe from this website immediately. This website is
not for you. You can find the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email I sent to you.

If do decide to stop, thats great! Just wait for the next lesson to arrive in your inbox.
Lesson 2 Why You Must Listen to
English Regularly. (Even If Your
Listening is Good.)
This is lesson 2 the free English mini-course. Lesson 1 is here.

In the first lesson, you learned that they are two ways to learn to speak English.
Implicit learning and explicit learning.

You learned that you must learn English implicitly to speak English well.

In this lesson, well talk about one of the best methods for learning English implicitly
listening.

Lets Start With Some Bad News for Those Who

Hate Listening
Heres the bottom line: if you want to speak English well, you have to listen to English on a
regular basis.

Its impossible to become an advanced English speaker without a lot of listening.

Why?

To speak English well, you need to build implicit knowledge of English. The greater your
implicit knowledge, the better. (If you dont understand this, go back to thefirst lesson.)
And guess whatlistening is the easiest way to build your implicit knowledge of English.

If we take two groups of English students, and we tell the first group to study grammar
everyday while telling the second group to listen to English everyday.
Over the period of six months, youll find that the second group can speak English much
better than the first group They are better at finding appropriate words to use, their
sentence structure is much better, and so on and so forth.

Why?

The reason is that the second group has greater implicit knowledge of English than the first
group. Greater implicit knowledge = better speaking.
Lesson 3 Improve Your Spoken
English Using Speaking Exercises
(Page)
This is lesson 3 the free English mini-course. lesson 1 | lesson 2

Have you ever tried to talk to yourself in English?

Some English students do it.

They talk to themselves about random stuff, hoping that they will become more fluent.

Unfortunately, this is not a good way to improve your speaking.

There are two problems with talking to yourself in English.

Problem 1 Incorrect English

Many English students make lots of mistakes when speaking English. They use vocabulary
incorrectly. Their speak with improper sentence structure and weird pronunciation.

Imagine what will happen if these people practice English by themselves?

Heres what will happen: their mistakes will get repeated over and over, making it more
likely for them to repeat those mistakes in the future.

After practicing this way for a few months, they might speak more fluently. But nobody will
understand them because they dont speak English like native speakers do. Theyve
developed their own way of using English.

This misuse or corruption of the English language is called Engrish.

Problem 2 Youre not learning new vocabulary
Most English students have a very small active vocabulary (English words that they can
use when speaking), while their passive vocabulary (English words that they know) is
relatively large.
This means they have no problem understanding other people, but they cant express
themselves clearly.

Most students have very small active vocabulary.

When you start improving your speaking, your priority should be to expand your active
vocabulary.

But how many words do you learn if you practice by talking to yourself?

The answer is zero. Youre not learning anything new at all. The size of your vocabulary
stays the same.
So what method should you use?

A good method should let you do two things:

1. Correct your mistakes This allows you to speak more like native speakers. Which
means youll be much easier to understand.

2. Expand your active vocabulary This includes words, phrases, idioms, and other
speaking patterns.

Today, were going to talk about one method that fits these criteria: using English
speaking exercises.

How Does It Work?

Watch this video to see how speaking exercises work:

Here are a few things speaking exercises do:

1. Teach you new words, phrases, etc.

2. Help improve your sentence structure

3. Help you form sentences in English faster and more easily

4. Provide immediate feedback, which allows you to correct your mistakes and improve
faster (read more below)

Speaking Exercises Make You Improve Faster

The best thing about speaking exercises is that they give you immediate feedback.

Using these exercises ensures that you get feedback every time you speak. This allows you
to fix mistakes quickly.

Without feedback, youll never know what youre doing wrong or what mistakes youre
making.

To drive this point home, let compare using speaking exercises with talking to yourself.

Lesson 4 How to Become an
Advanced English Speaker
This is lesson 4 of the free English mini-course. lesson 1 | lesson 2 | lesson 3

Today, Im going to reveal how you can speak English better than 95% of all the other
English students.
I used this exact strategy myself to become fluent in English.

And no, you dont need to live in an English-speaking country or find native speakers to talk
to.

Its much easier than that.

Heres How

Below is the strategy for becoming fluent in English:

The strategy has three essential steps:

1. Use English speaking exercises to

improve your basic speaking skills such as forming sentences, asking

questions, and using English tenses.

improve your advanced speaking skills such as the ability to tell stories,
express ideas, and give long speeches.

2. After your speaking skills have improved, start using the Imitation technique to
expand your speaking vocabulary (and other aspects of your spoken English).
3. Practice English using the Imitation technique on a regular basis until youre
satisfied with your spoken English.

Thats all you need to do to speak fluent English.

Dont underestimate this strategy because of its simplicity. Mastering a language is not
supposed to be complicated. You just have to find methods that work and use them over
and over until you get the results you want.
Can you trust my advice?

Chances are, you have spent lots of time looking for ways to
master English. Youve probably followed advice given by English teachers.

But my guess is, your speaking hasnt improved much.

How do I know this?

Because 99% of English teachers actually have no idea how to master a second language.
The only reason they can speak English better than you is because they grew up in an
English-speaking country!

Unlike those teachers, I truly know how to master a foreign language without living abroad.
I became fluent in English on my own, without help from others. I can teach you to do the
same. (In fact, to this day, Ive never set foot in any English-speaking country.)
How to Get Started

Want to use this strategy to improve your own speaking?

If yes, great! I have a training course to help you do just that. Its designed to help you
become a fluent English speaker using the strategy you just learned.

The course is called English Fluency Training (3rd Edition). This newly updated
edition of the course consists of three essential training modules:
Module 1 Mastering the Basics

Module 2 Advanced Training

Module 3 Becoming Fluent in English

Lets talk about each module in detail.

Module 1 Mastering the Basics

The primary goal of this module is to train you to form sentences in English quickly and
easily.

Why is this important?

Expressing your thoughts in English requires you to speak one sentence after another in
quick succession. If you cant form individual sentences quickly and easily, you wont be
able to do that.

In order to form sentences quickly and easily, you need a lot of practice. Thats when this
module comes into play.

This module consists of 11 lessons. In these lessons, youll get to practice various kinds of speaking
patterns in different English tenses.

Number of
Lesson Topic
Speaking Exercises

1 Present Simple With Verb To Be 2

2 Present Simple With Verb To Be (Part 2) 2

3 Present Simple With Verb To Do 2

4 Present Simple With Verb To Do (Part 2) 2

7 Future Tense 2

8 Future Tense (Part 2) 2

9 Past Simple 2

10 Past Simple VS. Present Simple 2

11 Past Simple VS. Present Simple (Part 2) 2

Each lesson has two exercises. The first exercise in each lesson teaches you to form
statements whereas the second exercise teaches you to form questions. (Asking questions is
a very crucial skill. Thats why you need to practice asking questions a lot.)

Below are screenshots from some of the exercises.

Will it work for you?

I will not tell you that the exercises in Module 1 will work for you. Instead, Im going to let
you try one sample exercise. This exercise will train you to ask questions in English
properly.

If you have trouble asking questions in English, click the button below to download the
exercise.

After you give it a try, you can decide for yourself whether these exercises are effective for
not.

Module 2 Advanced Training

Once youve mastered the basics (forming individual sentences), youre ready for Module 2.
In this module, youre going to practice the following high-level speaking skills:

Telling stories

Expressing ideas

Describing people

Giving speeches

The purpose of this module is to get you ready for having real conversations in English. In
order to engage in a conversation, these high-level skills are absolutely necessary.

There are 21 lessons in this module. These lessons are quite difficult since youre required to
tell stories, share ideas, or give long speeches. Most of these lessons are supposed to be used
more than once or twice since they are difficult to master.

The 21 lessons are grouped into five lesson sets. Each lesson set revolves around a specific
topic. Below is the breakdown of this module:

Lesson Set 1 Complaining VS. Taking Action (3 Lessons)

Lesson 0 Getting Started (This is not an actual lesson. Its just short tutorial.)

Lesson 1 Telling a Story

Lesson 2 Expressing Ideas

Lesson 3 Giving a Speech

Lesson Set 2 Limiting Beliefs (4 Lessons)

Lesson 0 Getting Started (This is not an actual lesson.)

Lesson 1 Telling a Story

Lesson 2 Expressing Ideas

Lesson 3 Explaining a Process

Lesson 4 Giving a Speech

Lesson Set 3 Success Leaves Clues (4 Lessons)

Lesson 2 Expressing Ideas

Lesson 3 Talking About People

Lesson 4 Giving a Speech

Lesson Set 4 Persistence (5 Lessons)

Lesson Set 5 Choices (5 Lessons)

Lesson 1 Telling a Story (Part 1)

Lesson 2 Telling a Story (Part 2)

Lesson 3 Expressing Ideas

Lesson 4 Talking About a Person

Lesson 5 Giving a Speech

Here are some of the key differences between Module 1 and Module 2:

1. Module 2 focuses on improving high-level speaking skills, which are necessary in

real conversations. Module 1 simply focuses on improving your ability to from
individual sentences.

2. Questions in Module 2 are more advanced. Some of the questions are open-ended.
Sometimes, youre asked to give your own opinions or examples. This makes Module 2
more challenging and effective than Module 1.

3. Module 2 teaches the Present Perfect tense, the Present Perfect Continuous tense,
the Past Perfect tense, and the Past Perfect Continuous Tense. These tenses are omitted
in Module 1 since they are quite difficult for beginners.

4. Youre supposed to use the lessons in Module 2 more than once or twice since they
are much more advanced than the lessons in Module 1.

While creating this module, I sent the first lesson set to a few of my early customers and
asked for feedback. Heres one of the responses:

Feedback from Mr. :

I watched your lesson just now. Its very nice. Im saying it with my sincere thanks. From
your previous lessons, Ive learned a lot, but although they were helpful, they didnt get us
to the most crucial and practical place of speaking, which I think is expressing your own
ideas, having a long speech. But now you do get us to there. In this lesson, Im saying what I
am thinking under the environment you provide. I believe this is the best way to join the
native speakers.

This final lesson is absolutely helpful! It pushes me to speak, to express what Im thinking,
which is exactly how language works. Its a great way Ive known for learners to get their
English fluent, organized.

Im really proud of the quality and effectiveness of this module.

Module 3 Becoming Fluent in English

The course would not be complete without this module.

The first two modules are useful, but they will not make you fluent in English.

Even if you complete all other the English courses out there on the Internet, you will not be
fluent in English.

Why is that?

To be fluent in English, you need to have a large speaking vocabulary.

You need to be able to use a lot of English words when speaking English.

Even if you can speak English with perfect grammar, you wont be able to communicate well
if you have trouble finding the right words when speaking.

To become fluent, you need to expand your speaking vocabulary.

The purpose of this module is to help you to 1) expand your speaking vocabulary and 2)
improve other aspects of your spoken English.

In this module, I teach you an advanced technique called Imitation, which guarantees
fluency in English (if you practice for a reasonable period of time). Its a language-learning
technique that allows you to

1. Expand your speaking vocabulary (so that you can easily find words to express
your thoughts).
2. Improve your pronunciation (so that people can understand you easily).
3. Improve your listening (so that you can understand native speakers).
4. Improve your grammar (so that you can speak English confidently).
The knowledge youll gain from this module will make you a self-learner someone who
can improve his/her spoken English without relying on others.

Imitation is The Best Language-Learning Method in the World

I can say with 100% certainty that Imitation is the best language-learning technique in the
world.

Its the reason why I am now able to speak English well, despite the fact that Ive never been
to an English-speaking country.

There are countless reasons why Imitation is the best technique for becoming fluent in any
foreign language. But here are the major ones:

1. Theres no limit to how much you can improve. As long as you keep using this
technique, your spoken English will keep getting better.

2. Its a compound practice. Using this one technique will improve all aspects of your
spoken English simultaneously. (This saves you a lot of time.)

3. You dont have to find a speaking partner. All you need is some English material,
which is readily available on the Internet.

4. Learning English by imitating native speakers ensures that you will speak English
like native speakers.

This module consists of two lessons.

Lesson 1 the Parroting Technique

Although Imitation is very effective, it can be difficult for beginners. So, in the first lesson of
Module 3, I share with you another technique called Parroting, which is a simplified version
of Imitation. It may not be as effective as Imitation, but its much easier to do. Once youre
comfortable with this technique, you can move on to using Imitation.

Lesson 2 the Imitation Technique

The last and most valuable lesson. This lesson contains two things:

Thing #1: Video tutorial on Imitation

In this video tutorial, youll learn how to practice Imitation. I show you all the steps
required and let you see me perform the technique on screen.

Thing #2: The Guide to Using Imitation eBook (Expanded and Updated)
This used to be a 1500-word mini eBook. But thanks to all the questions and feedback from
students who purchased the first and second editions of the course, the eBook has been
updated to include new information and insights. It now has 5,900 words of valuable
content.

Youll also get this eBook.

In this eBook, youll learn:

Tips for how to practice Imitation effectively.

How to use Imitation to improve your explanation skills.

How to use the concept behind Imitation to improve your writing.

Why I dont like English material created specifically for English students.

Three criteria you can use to find good English material to practice Imitation with.

And much, much more!

After completing this eBook, youll know exactly how to become a fluent English speaker!

The knowledge youll gain from this eBook is invaluable. With this knowledge, you wont
need to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on expensive classes or private English
tutors. Youll know how to improve your speaking on your own, at home, using English
material you have access to like movies, TV series, podcasts, etc.

Why is the course priced at $69

You might be wondering why the price of this course is $69, while most courses are priced
at $97 or $99.

For many people, low-priced products mean low-quality products.

So, I want to make it clear that this is definitely not a low-quality course. In fact, now that
were at the third edition, I know this is the best English course on the Internet.

I invested a lot of time, effort, and money to create this course. To create Modules 2 and 3, I
hired two native English speakers to help me with the process. One of them is a professional
editor. She made sure that everything was grammatically correct. The other is a
professional voice over artist. He recorded every lesson in Modules 2 and 3.

The reason this course is currently priced at $69 is because I want to make it affordable to
more people, especially those in certain developing countries where the cost of living is very
low.

Pricing this course was a very tough decision to make. One the one hand, I wanted more
people to be able to afford it, on the other hand, I was afraid that some people would get the
wrong idea that this is a mediocre product. Its just human psychology. When something
comes too easily to us, we dont value it.

So, the course is priced at $69 for now. But I might consider increasing the price in the
future.

What If You Dont Have a Credit Card or PayPal?

Other than credit cards and PayPal, I now accept payments through Western Union. A few
people have purchased the course using this method.

Heres how it works:

1. You send me money through a Western Union agent in your area.

2. You give me your first name, last name, as well as the Money Transfer Control
Number (MTCN) that you received from Step 1.

3. I check with Western Union to see if the payment has been made successfully.

4. I send you the download link for the course and assist you until the course is
successfully downloaded to your computer/smartphone.

With this payment method, I dont have to pay a credit card processing fee. Therefore, the
payment amount I charge will be only $65 instead of $69. However, please keep in mind
that you have to pay an additional fee that Western Union charges for sending the payment.
(This fee varies depending on what country youre in.)

If you want to purchase the course through Western Union, send me an email first at
contact@engfluent.com.
Lesson 5 How to Improve Your
English Speaking Fast
This is lesson 5 of the free English mini-course.
Previous lessons: lesson 1 | lesson 2 | lesson 3 | lesson 4

People often ask me how long it took me to become good at speaking English, and they ask
me to share my story as well.

So, in this lesson, Ill share with you my story and the biggest mistakes I made during my
journey. I believe you can improve your speaking faster if you learn from my mistakes.

This is going to be a long lesson. If youre not interested, you can simply ignore it. But if you
do read it, I believe youll get tremendous value from it.

How Long It Took Me to Become Good at Speaking English

It took me 1 year and 9 months to become quite advanced at speaking English. I know the
precise duration because I took notes to track my progress.

Thats not a long period of time considering that speaking a foreign language is a very
difficult skill to learn. However, if I lost my fluency and had to start over, I believe I would
need a lot less time than that since Im more knowledgeable now.

The reason it took me that long was that I spent about a year using English courses that
only had easy English lessons. The lessons were good for beginners but it wasnt effective
enough for an intermediate like me.

After a year of practicing with those lessons, I realized that I still wasnt satisfied with my
speaking. So, I started studying subjects like skill development, human memory, how the
brain works, how children learn languages, etc. I was determined to figure out how to
become truly fluent in English. I spent five months researching and trying new techniques.
This is another reason it took me a long time.

The One Technique That Helped Me Improve Very Quickly

After five months of researching and trying new things, I invented something similar to the
Imitation technique that I teach in the third module of my English course. After I started
using that technique, it took me only four months to finally reach the point where I was
quite satisfied with my English speaking.
Below is what I wrote in my journal after having used the technique for about four months:

Today, I had two different opportunities to speak English with others. The first chance was
at a meeting where each of us was asked to give opinions about certain things. The second
chance was a 1 1 meeting. I spoke fluently. I was able to explain everything I wanted to
explain. I made small mistakes and couldnt come up with the right words sometimes, but
overall it was impressive. The technique really works!

After that, I revised the technique a few times to make it more effective. Eventually, I
named the technique Imitation. I chose that name because the key idea behind the
technique is to imitate native speakers so that you speak English like them.

The Biggest Mistakes That I Made

Now that Ive told you my story, I want to share with you the three biggest mistakes that I
made during my journeymistakes I wish I hadnt made. If you want to improve fast, make
sure you dont make these same mistakes.

Mistake #1: Spending too much time on easy English lessons

As I alluded to earlier, I started improving my English by using English courses. The creator
of those courses was probably the most famous English teacher on the Internet. (Hes still
very famous today.) He told his students to use each lesson every day for at least seven
days. I followed his advice.

At first, I found the lessons to be quite challenging. This kind of training was new to me.
However, since every lesson had the same difficult level, the training quickly became easy,
and I stopped improving. In spite of that, I still practiced each lesson at least seven times
since I didnt know what else to do. (At this point, I had not discovered Imitation yet.)
Looking back, its really obvious why that was a big mistake. If you keep using courses that
only have easy exercises, youll never become good enough at speaking English. Even if you
repeat those courses a thousand times, your English will still be at the same level since
youre not really challenging your current English level.

Thats the reason the EngFluent course has both easy lessons (Module 1) andadvanced
lessons (Module 2). I want to keep challenging my students English level.
Mistake #2: Trying to improve my speaking by talking about random things (to
myself)
After I stopped using those easy English courses, and before I came up with the Imitation
technique, I tried to improve my speaking by talking to myself in English. I would talk
about what I did yesterday, whats my plan for the day, etc.

I didnt work at all. The first problem is that I wasnt exposing myself to correct English.
When I tried to express an idea, I had no idea if I was speaking English properly or not.
When I practiced this way, I had a feeling that if there were other people listening to me,
they probably wouldnt understand me since I wasnt speaking English like native speakers.
The second problem is that you dont learn any new vocabulary if you practice this way.

The bottom line is, talking to yourself about random stuff doesnt work very well. Dont
waste your time doing it.

Mistake #3: Trying to improve my speaking using too many methods.

Even after I became quite good at speaking English thanks to Imitation, I still hadnt
ditched the other methods that Id been using. I will not tell you what those methods were.
All you need to know is that they were difficult to use and not as effective as Imitation. But I
didnt know that at the time. It took me some time to realize that Imitation is really the best
way to improve my speaking. Once I realized that, I stopped using the other methods
altogether, focusing solely on using Imitation to improve my speaking. Because of that
decision, I improved a lot faster.

All right. Those are the three biggest mistakes I wish I hadnt made. They are the reasons it
look me 1 year and 9 months instead of 9 12 months. If I had to start over, heres what Id
do instead:

1. Practice with one English course until Ive mastered every lesson. If a certain lesson
is too easy, if will not repeat that lesson. Instead, Ill move on to the next one
immediately. Theres no need to spend my valuable time on easy lessons.
2. Once Ive mastered the basics, I will start using the Imitation technique immediately.
I will not waste my time on any other learning activities that are less effective.

Why I Started EngFluent

After I became really good at speaking English, I got really excited. Finally, I had discovered
a technique that would allow any English student to become truly fluent in English. And I
wanted to share it with the world.

At the time, I had always been upset with English teachers on the Internet. Most of them
were not sharing anything worthwhile. They tended to give students mediocre advice:

Theyd tell you, try to speak English as much as possible or practice every day,
but they didnt tell you what to do if you have on one to talk to. (They actually didnt
know how.)

Theyd tell you, dont be afraid to make mistakes, but they didnt tell you how to
practice in a way that you will make fewer and fewer mistakes over time. (They didnt
know it.)

Theyd tell you, just be confident, but they didnt give you any concrete plan for
improving your English so that you can speak confidently. (They didnt have one.)

The problem with these pieces of advice is that they arent very actionable. Theres no step-
by-step strategy, no framework, no plan. The advice might seem to be useful. But in
reality, its simply a total waste of time.

So, out of frustration, I made one of the biggest decisions in my life. I quit my job as a
software engineer and started EngFluent to teach people how to become truly fluent in
English. I would do that by sharing proven methods and techniques that were based on
personal experience.

Staring EngFluent was the best decision of my life. Today, Im making an impact on
peoples lives through my YouTube videos and my English Fluency Training course, and Im
really proud of what Im doing.
Whats Your Story?

Who are you, and what is your story?

Are you someone who, like me, isnt satisfied with just being able to speak basic English?

Anybody can speak basic English nowadays. If you want to get ahead in todays world,
where competition is global, you need to be able to speak advanced English. Its the kind of
English that can be used in real life.

I shared my story with you to let you know that anyone, no matter who they are, can
accomplish great things if they take consistent action and never stop moving forward. If you
arent satisfied with your current English level, keep in mind that it doesnt have to be that
way. If you apply the strategy Ive taught you, six months from now, you will find that your
spoken English has reached a whole new level.

I truly believe that my course can help take your English speaking skills to the next level. If
you like my approach to learning English, click here to get your copy of English Fluency
Training.
This is why you must listen to English regularly. If youre not willing to do that, the best you
can accomplish is being able to speak basic or intermediate English but not advanced
English.

But Its Not Easy Because

Because there are two problems that you might have when it comes to listening:

1. You have trouble understanding what you hear

2. You dont have time to do it. You do it for a while and then you stop because youre
too busy.

Lets tackle each problem one by one.

For problem #1, watch this to find out how to understand better:

Summary
1. Find a media player that can change playback speed so that you can slow down the
audio when you dont understand.

2. Listen to easy-to-understand materials like podcasts and audiobooks as opposed to

movies. (Just forget about movies.)

For problem #2, watch this video to find out how to listen to English regularly if you dont
have time:

Summary
1. Dont allocate your free time to listen to English. (Your free time should be dedicated
to speaking practice.)

2. Listen to English during downtime. These are times when your mind is not
focusing on anything in particular. For example, while riding a bus, walking, exercising,
etc.

Heres What You Need to Do:

Knowledge is useless without action. So lets use what youve learned today to create
concrete results:
1. Install a media player that lets you change playback speed on your smartphone. If
you use Android, you can use Rocket Player (Premium version). Its not free but its
super cheap.

2. Find English listening podcasts on subjects that you find interesting (You can
start here.), download them to your smartphone.
3. Start listening to English during downtime.

4. Wait for the next lesson.
