1. VUCA: Being ready for the Unexpected

About VUCA World:

Change is inevitable. VUCA is an acronym for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. The term was coined in US war college during world war-II and used widely in Industry after the end of Cold War (i.e. 1990 Onwards). World changed beyond expectations after the end of cold war, both technologically and economically. We are now living in a VUCA world, we don't know what is going to happen tomorrow. Therefore, "Knowing what to do when you don't know what to do" is the key mantra for sustaining performance in VUCA World.
