of Public H ealth for a substantial capital expenditure and acquisition of new
technology by B righam and W om ens H ospital (B W H ) located at 75
Francis S treet, B oston, M A 02115.T he project includes the renovation and
expansion of the existing B W H em ergency departm ent; the acquisition of a
m agnetic resonance im aging (M R I) sim ulator and a linear accelerator/
M R I; and, the conversion of a research-only 7T M R I to part-tim e clinical
use (Project).T he total value of the Project based on the m axim um capital
expenditure is $73,186,747.T he A pplicant does not anticipate any price or
service im pacts on the A pplicants existing Patient Panel as a result of the
