3:00 PM Arrive at Seibel's House Check on Ruth's House set-up; move linens inside; Unpack some car items Grace & Parker
4:30 PM REHEARSAL BEGINS
4:30 PM Introduction - give contact information "Let's make sure to give Chris and Karen the day they deserve -- please reach out to ME if you need something!"
4:45 PM Run through wedding ceremony Time how long it takes to walk in... Have Karen in position on the stairs, text dad when it's time to walk!!!
5:00 PM Practice recessional Remind groomsment to return
5:15 PM Practice walking one more time Without my direction!
5:30 PM Speak with videographer/photographer Remind of Sophia, check payment, arrival times, and Chris + Mom moment
5:40 PM Test leveling of candle table Use TV tray from Chris's dad, make sure it won't fall over

10:00 AM Set up outside area tables, chairs, linens, string lights, dance floor, decorations
11:00 AM Place linens on tables 10 inside linens; 14 outside
11:30 AM Set up photobooth Backdrop, camera w/ stand, balloons
11:30 AM Set up reception block decorations/signage Balloons; outside signage
11:45 AM Place reserved signs/programs on seats Front 2 rows reserved except last one on far right Karen's side, every chair has program
1:00 PM Retrieve flowers from Karen Flowers, leaves, bouquets
1:30 PM Tie decorations to chairs Every other outside chair (6 total) 1 banana leaf, babys breath
2:30 PM DJ Arrives Give schedule of speeches/notes/song requests
3:30 PM Photographer/Videographer arrive Kyle and assistant + Brennan
4:00 PM Cake Delivery Jessica
4:30 PM Bartender Arrives Service starts at 6 PM
4:00 PM BEGIN SET UP
4:00 PM Bride Arrives Photographer takes "getting ready" photos of bride
4:00 PM Caterer Arrives Begin prep in kitchen
4:15 PM Set up interior decorations Signage, koozies, bridal portrait, guest book & pen, guest activity, cake plates
4:15 PM Place decorations on interior tables White linens and picture frames with faux-tealight candle and leaves
4:15 PM Close off buffet area Close doors
4:30 PM Set up sparkler display Bucket of sparklers with sign
4:30 PM Groom Arrives Photographer takes "getting ready" photos of groom; "special" moment w/ mom
4:30 PM Guests begin to arrive Follow signs to outdoor area
5:00 PM WEDDING CEREMONY
5:05 PM Grandparents & then parents of the bride/groom enter Enter from the back -- officiant enters from the back
5:07 PM Bridal Party enters (groom is last) Enter from the back -- groomsmen first, bridesmaids (NOT ITSELL), groom is last
5:15 PM Flower girl enters Enter from the back -- Walked by Itsell, drops white petals, sit in front row w/ Cody; Itsell joins party
5:20 PM Bride enters Enter from the back -- Walked by step-dad and brother. Stay at front until presentation of bride
5:25 PM Welcome/Reading
5:40 PM Exchange of vows
5:45 PM Exchange of rings Taylor has Karen's ring; Itsell will have chris ring
5:50 PM Lighting of Candles Karen and Chris light unity candle
5:55 PM Presentation of bride and groom "You may kiss the bride" -- Bride and groom exit with alternating party; groomsmen return to escort out reserved row
5:55 PM Groomsmen Return as Escorts Eric - Chris' Grandma; Taylor - Abuelita; Evan - Karen's Mom
6:00 PM Invitation to cocktail hour - From Kathy "Please enjoy cocktail refreshments in the foyer"
6:00 PM COCKTAIL HOUR
6:05 PM Guests enjoy cocktails Bartender serving drinks; guest activity on table
6:10 PM Move chairs from ceremony area Move to reception area -- decorated chairs at the head of each table
6:10 PM Buffet Set Up Caterer brings food to back room
6:10 PM Wedding Photographs Photographs inside and outside
7:00 PM RECEPTION
7:00 PM Begin clean up of cocktail area
7:00 PM Guests invited to make plates Buffet begins (plate made for bride and groom and placed at table)
7:20 PM Introduction of bridemaids and groomsmen Introduced- Taylor & Itsell, etc. etc.
7:30 PM Introduction of bride and groom Introducted together -- sit down to eat
7:35 AM First Dances Chris, brother, dad
7:45 PM Toast Taylor and then Itsell; After toasts groomsmen and bridemaids can grab plates
9:00 PM Cutting of the cake Invitation for dessert
10:45 PM Sparkler Send Off Thank guests for coming
11:00 PM CLEAN UP
11:30 AM Ruth's House Pick-Up Take up dancefloor first!! We will not be charged if we go slightly over time...
12:00 PM EXIT VENUE
