A Healthier Meal

The Wendy's meal is the healthiest option for my age and gender. It contains the least amount of calories, allowing plenty
of room for the other two meals of the day without exceeding the recommended amount. It also contains the lowest
amount of sodium, which also helps it to be the healthiest option. The least healthy option is Back Yard Burger. The main
cause for this is that it takes up half of my daily calories with just one meal.
