OnSeptember12,2017,IalsofiledaFOIArequest(attached)withtheMinistryof
Interior,pertainingtoconductofthePublicCommitteeforReviewof
ComputerizationoftheElectionSystemandrecommendationsoftheState
Ombudsmaninthisregard.
TothisdateIhavereceivednoresponseatallbytheMinistryofInteriorindisregard
ofprovisionsofthelaw.
RenewalofconductoftheabovereferencedCommitteecouldhavebeena
constructivemeasureforrenewalofpublictrustintheCentralElectionCommittee.In
viewofrumorsregardingpendinggeneralelection,whicharerepeatedlypublished
bymedia,thematterisalsoofhighurgency.
TheShinBetAct(2002),Article7(a)says:
TheShinBetischargedwiththesafeguardofStatesecurity,procedures
andinstitutionsofthedemocraticregimeagainstthreatsofterror,
sabotage,andsubversion
IhopethatyoucouldexertyourinfluenceandatleasthelpinbringingtheMinistryof
InteriorintocompliancewiththeFreedomofInformationAct,ifnotrenewalof
conductoftheCommittee.
