    The fixing of the external cladding to the main structure only (excluding
    Lamella)
    A practising structural engineer from Mott MacDonald has carried out inspections
    during construction of the works including; footings, columns, cores, normally
    reinforced concrete structural elements, structural steel, structural masonry and at
    the time of the inspections the works inspected were in accordance with the
    structural drawings. When minor corrections were required Mott MacDonald issued
    instructions for rectification.

    In carrying out the design we exercised the degree of skill, care, and diligence
    normally exercised by Consulting Engineers in similar circumstances.
