inquietaes transversais como

Da contaminao recproca entre
estes dois sistemas de relao,
emergiu o Modo Operativo AND
(M.O_AND), simultaneamente
uma filosofia habitada, uma tica
do viver juntos, uma prtica de
com-posio e um modo de vida.
Enquanto pensao, o
M.O_AND atravessa todas as
atividades do AND_Lab, das
dimenses estruturais gesto
do quotidiano; das prticas
de investigao s prticas
de partilha; dos modos de
transmisso aos modos de
convivncia.
A aplicabilidade transversal
do M.O_AND, aliada a um
compromisso em praticar os
conceitos, devolvendo-os ao
uso de uma forma muito direta
e no terreno, o que imprime
a este sistema o seu carter ao
mesmo tempo mais singular e
mais amplo. Trabalhando com
recursos vindos tanto da arte

1. O regime do : a Modernidade e a
existncia como ciso entitria
Com frequncia imaginamos a existncia
como algo que se desenrola dentro dos
contornos que separam e permitem
distinguir o eu do mundo e inauguram-
na ela prpria, a existncia como
mobilizao infinita1 empenhada na
inesgotvel tarefa de extrair o significado
da realidade.
Este modo de operao o do sujeito
moderno em busca da explicao da
realidade-objecto, ou o do sujeito-artista

tempo perversamente simbiticas: a nica
forma concebvel de relao , ento,
aquela em que o outro fica a ser mais

Ciso entre sujeito e objecto, mas tambm
entre verdade e fico, forma e contedo,
razo e emoo, pensamento e aco,
corpo e mente, cientista e artista, artista e
espectador, mestre e aprendiz, etc.
2. O regime do ou: a Ps-Modernidade
e a resistncia como ciso cambiante
Este regime de operao da existncia,
embora dominante no Ocidente moderno,
nunca esteve em marcha sozinho: viu-se
perturbado partida com a concorrncia
disrruptiva de um outro funcionamento.
Pois com frequncia resistimos a essa
imagem do mundo e duvidamos (Haver
mesmo uma razo para tudo isto? No
sero muitas as razes? Ou nenhuma?).
Os contra-discursos que injectam
alternncias interpretativas sobre as
explicaes estas que supostamente
apenas traduzem ou descobrem o de
contedo apriorstico de todos os entes
e coisas da partilha sensvel moderna
se inauguram praticamente ao mesmo
tempo do que ela. Apoiados no mesmo
pressuposto entitrio de que os termos da
relao tm contornos que a antecedem,
eles insurgem-se, entretanto, contra a
hierarquizao e o estancamento dos
contedos envelopados por cada
contorno: sugerem a possibilidade de
alternncia, sugerem a simetrizao dos
termos ao tornar pensvel a cambialidade
dos seus contedos. Contra a priso
viciosa da complementaridade que
embala em sono dogmtico aquilo a que
chamamos de Modernidade, imaginamos
diversas vezes e em muitas esferas da
prpria Modernidade, um mundo no qual
o convicto foi pensado em termos de
ou oscilante.
Amplo movimento que despontou aqui e
ali, outrora e hoje, nas artes e nas cincias,
discurso que conviveu com o Planeta
Logos moderno desde a sua fundao,
na condio de sua Lua Romntica, e se
tornou visvel com contundncia (porque

de meados do sculo passado. Um mundo
em que a existncia experimentada
como resistncia, que, no entanto, s
faz proliferar os disciplinados binarismos
conteudistas do regime moderno
em um batalho de certezas incertas.
Proliferao de Eus, proliferao de
artistas, resultante da pretenso de
cancelar a relao hierrquica sujeito
versus objecto atravs da proclamao
e mesmo, s vezes, da ordenao
mandatria de sua simetrizao.
Julga-se assim superar a ciso sujeito
versus objecto, no atravs da supresso
da prpria ciso, mas da deliberao de
que esta separa, isso sim, sujeitos versus
sujeitos. H, ento, to somente uma
troca dos elementos divididos pela ciso
ela prpria, no entanto, conservada.
O objecto, o dado ou a realidade so a
suprimidos como certezas, substitudos
pela interpretao e pela aleatoriedade
cambiante dos contedos, pelo jogo com
sentidos liberados, pelo igualitarismo

3. O regime do e, e, e...: a des-ciso e a
re-existncia
Mas... e se imaginssemos um outro
mundo possvel? Um terceiro regime
sensvel, nem complementar nem
simtrico? Um mundo em que existir no
fosse reproduzir ou rebelar, e em que
resistir no consistisse no cancelamento
da relao? Um modo de vida em que a
coisa toda no se resumisse certeza ou
alternncia, ao sonho com a concordncia
consensual ou omisso indiferente?

de modo fugaz, bacteriano e invisvel.

(ou da desesperada busca pela certeza

E isto porque nos parece que resistir, se
no for re-existir, no atinge a relatividade:
morre no relativismo. No atinge a
relao, morre na compulsorizao da
interatividade ou na trincheira da negao
inconformista. Se o propsito positivo

antes em re-existncia, em resilincia: a
fora flexvel da fragilidade adaptativa,
que reside na explicitao molecular e na
aceitao re-inventiva, no lidar com o que
se tem mais do que na insistncia rgida

retroceder do que vidente (o evidente)
e abrir intervalo para que se traga
superfcie aquilo que o vidente obscurece
(ou obvia).
O motor deste funcionamento , assim,
a pausa: no a cintica incansvel do to

Criao que emerge porque nos abstemos
do controle e do protagonismo e
disponibilizamo-nos enquanto ferramentas
menores, enquanto gamekeepers12
do desenho cego do Acontecimento.
Criao, assim, como autopoiesis13 do
comum. Como serendipidade encontrar
aquilo que no se buscava, que no se
sabia, que no se desejava, que no foi Como conjurar, ao mesmo tempo, a

mas que feito dos encontros em rede
de ilimitados contributos annimos (sem
nome, sem Eu). Encontrar aquilo que
calhou ou aconteceu.

um outro mundo possvel, nem o da
modernidade nem o da ps-modernidade.
Talvez, quem sabe, o da Secalharidade.
5. Tetralema: o projecto como processo
iterativo
Esta proposta ir-se- desdobrar num
projecto investigao que ter lugar entre
Setembro de 2011 e Dezembro de 2012 e
que funcionar simultaneamente enquanto
projecto piloto para criao de um Centro
de Investigao, Aplicao e Transmisso
do mtodo de Composio em Tempo Real.
O Curso, a Criao e o Livro, trs dimenses
de um mesmo esforo para pensar e
operacionalizar o viver juntos recproco (no
quotidiano e na criao artstica).
Ao accionarmos dispositivos tais como
um curso, uma criao e um livro estamos
atentos carga simultaneamente
imprescindvel e perigosa deste
movimento. Por um lado, exteriorizar e
pronunciar tomar posio, largando o
devir-imperceptvel a que a explorao
rigorosa e delicada da reciprocidade
poderia conduzir , fundamental para
fixar a bandeira pirata do modo de vida
da secalharidade, activando-o enquanto
acontecimento inquietante, suficiente
para faz-lo emergir no plano do visvel
e devolver-lhe a clareza da sua textura
dissensual. A ambio ser a de reabrir
de forma sria o debate que o relativismo
ps-moderno tem logrado anestesiar sob
a forma interativa de uma mera tolerncia
assptica, entre o indiferente e o festivo, na
maior parte das vezes apenas discursiva.
No entanto, se para afetar o visvel
preciso ceder e frequentar seus modos
de operao, ento que esta seja uma
consesso mnima, apenas a suficiente.
Pois h todo um conjunto de perigos a
desactivar para reabilitar esses dispositivos
de poder, hierarquia, distino, legitimao
e domesticao que so as ferramentas
pedaggicas, artsticas e cientficas: velhas

As we activate apparatus such as a course,
a creation, and a book, we are aware that
this movement is loaded with something
that is both indispensable and dangerous.
On the one hand, exteriorising and
uttering taking position, leaving behind
the becoming-imperceptible to which
the rigorous and delicate exploration of
reciprocity could lead is fundamental to
set the pirate flag of the mayhapness way
of life, activating it as a disturbing event,
enough to make it emerge on the level of
the visible and thus restore the clarity of
its dissensual texture. The ambition will
be to reopen, in a serious way, the debate
that postmodern relativism has managed

into minor use tools, transform them into
a place of encounter, knowing how much
they are engaged in an almost irresistible
and already rather automated vocation for
recognition, for the fixation of reiterative
meaning?14
How to appeal both to reiteration and
interaction? For it is not enough to break
up the reiterative circle of the modern
hierarchic distribution master/apprentice,
artist/spectator, scientist/layman (that
are all modalities of the opposition subject
postmodern pseudo-relation of equalitarian
interactivity.

monlogo da reiterao, seja ao dilogo
da interao.
Esse projeto de imunologizao cruzada
dos dispositivos curso, criao e livro
acciona-os, pois, com a condio (mais
uma vez) de des-cindi-los. Desenha-
se sob a forma do tetralema17: o curso
curso apenas na medida em que,
simultaneamente, no curso, criao
e livro, no nem criao nem livro. A
criao criao apenas na medida em
que, simultanemanete, no criao,
curso e livro, no nem curso nem livro.
E o livro livro apenas na medida em que,
simultaneamente, no livro, curso e
criao, no nem curso nem criao.
6. O programa
Temos assim um ambiente mnimo, feito
de todas essas gradaes, como lugar
de encontro. Eis o nosso programa18 de
investigao: um conjunto de questes,
mas no um tema; um propsito, mas no
um motivo; uma disponibilidade, mas no
uma causa. Um ponto de partida rigoroso,
justamente para permitir a flexibilidade
de fazer passar algo que ainda no
sabemos (...que sabemos).
Um programa comum que
simultaneamente uma proposio de
curso, criao e livro, todos os trs a
emergirem de uma mesma prtica, a ser
experimentada durante nove meses de
investigao (entre setembro de 2011
e junho de 2012) em encontros com
gradaes variadas de intensidade e
durao: que variam entre as 3 horas,
os 3 dias, as 3 semanas e os 3 meses. Ao
longo desse processo, que ser curso,
criao e ao mesmo tempo matria
para o livro, compartilharemos online a
escrita e a edio, do mesmo modo que
compartilharemos as criaes emergentes
da convivncia. Entre junho e dezembro
de 2012, trabalharemos na passagem
desta escrita viva publicao, de forma a
forjar um vocabulrio conceptual preciso
para descrever e compartilhar tais modos
de operao.

We think that in order to face and deal
with these monsters at their own homes
(the school, the theatre or the book) we
will have to develop forms of availability to
open the closed places of transmission, of
creation and writing through the reciprocal
contamination of their modes of operation.
Availability to betray them15 with one
another; to be always between them.
To work on iteraction, a spiral relation
mode, which is neither an interaction (that
returns to zero at each relational cycle) nor
a reiteration (whose cycles are circles, or
mere confirmations). To dislocate, in this
way, each of those scission apparatus that
are the class, the show, and the concept,
and use them in a displaced way in order to
disturb their pacific unfolding, to propose
inquiries, to open up possibilities, to change
their regimes and expose their tacit pacts.
In order to disfigure and disorganise16 their

This project of crossed immunology of the
apparatus of the course, the creation, and
the book thus activates them under the
condition (once again) of de-scissoring
them. Its design takes the form of the
tetralemma17: the course is only a course to
the extent that at the same time it is not a
course; it is a creation and a book, and it is
neither a creation nor a book. The creation
is only a creation to the extent that at the

In this way we have a minimal environment
made of all those varieties, as a place
of encounter. Here is our research

O encontro uma ferida. Uma ferida que,
de uma maneira to delicada quanto
brutal, alarga o possvel e o pensvel,
sinalizando outros mundos e outros modos
para se viver juntos, ao mesmo tempo
que subtrai passado e futuro com a sua
emergncia disruptiva.
O encontro s mesmo encontro quando
a sua apario acidental percebida
como oferta, aceite e retrbuda. Dessa
implicao recproca emerge um meio,
um ambiente mnimo cuja durao se
ir, aos poucos, desenhando, marcando
e inscrevendo como paisagem comum. O
encontro, ento, s se efectua s termina
de emergir e comea a acontecer se
for reparado e consecutivamente contra-
efectuado isto , assistido, manuseado,
cuidado, (re)feito a cada vez in-terminvel.
Muitos acidentes que se poderiam tornar
encontro, no chegam a cumprir o seu
potencial porque, quando despontam,
so to precipitadamente decifrados,
anexados quilo que j sabemos e s
respostas que j temos, que a nossa
existncia segue sem abalo na sua
cintica infinita: no os notamos como
inquietao, como oportunidade para
reformular perguntas, como ocasio para
refundar modos de operar.
Com o pressuposto de que primeiro
preciso saber para depois agir, raramente
paramos para reparar no acidente: mal ele
nos apanha, tendemos a bloquear a sua
manifestao ainda precria e incipiente.
Recuamos com o corpo e avanamos com
o olhar que julga apenas constatar
objetivamente o que l est ou com
o ver, que parte da premissa de que h
um sentido por detrs das coisas, a ser
interpretado subjetivamente. Num ou
noutro caso, chega-se cedo demais com
um saber lei ou ponto de vista, uno
ou plural: ambos manipulao. Ambos
verses de uma mesma ciso entre
sujeito e objecto, a repartir por decreto
o que pode e o que no pode cada um
destes entes. A setorizar no sujeito, de
modo unilateral, toda a capacidade de
agncia e de produo de sentido, assim
como todo o direito de legislar sobre o
objecto para fins de diagnstico, controle,
classificao, pacificao do esprito, etc.
Tornado objecto, o acidente tambm
cancelado na sua inclinao e potncia de
afectao cabendo, fora, numa certeza
ou num achar. E assim se vai existindo.
Achando antes de se encontrar.
Sendo esta a lgica dominante a operar
no nosso quotidiano a do desespero
e no a da espera; a da urgncia e
no a da emergncia, a da certeza e
no a da confiana um acidente, s
experimentado como tal se tiver a
fora de uma catstrofe. Se for to
desproporcional na sua diferena, na
sua discrepncia em relao nossa
expectativa e aos nossos instrumentos
de decifrao e interpretao, a ponto
de se antecipar e se sobrepor ao decreto
de objectivao, levando-nos, num s
folgo, de sujeitos a sujeitados. Ento no
o conseguimos ignorar nem o domesticar:
ele, simplesmente, cai-nos em cima.
Mas o que trgico, que mesmo este
acidente-catstrofe, to pouco tende a ser
vivido como encontro, j que a ciso entre
sujeito e objecto preserva-se, apenas se
invertem os seus sinais. Destitudos do
controle que julgvamos nos pertencer de
direito, paralisamos-nos ultrajados diante
da sbita soberania do acidente. Entramos
em crise, colocamos tudo em dvida;
culpamos os deuses, os pais, o estado, o
pas. Em desespero, precipitamo-nos para
a arbitrariedade do tanto faz ou para a
prepotncia do tudo pode: pomos-nos a
resistir. E se mesmo assim no funcionar,
pior ainda, pomo-nos a desistir.
S que a j tarde nem o saber se j tarde tanto para a resistncia como
aplica mais, nem os achismos nos
salvam, nem nos abrimos estimativa
recproca, perdendo assim a oportunidade
de experimentar ao que sabe o
encontro. J no detemos o controle
e muito menos as certezas que o
amparavam. J claramente no somos
ns quem decide. Entretanto, como se
nos tivssemos esquecido de sincronizar
os nossos pressupostos atualizao do
mundo, permanecemos refns do decreto
que nos dava a iluso de decidir. E aqui
que est o n: no em termos perdido o
poder de deciso (ser que alguma vez
o tivemos?), mas em sermos incapazes
de tomar uma des-ciso, de revogar o
decreto da ciso.
O mundo em que vivemos hoje
justamente este: aquele em que j
percebemos que no podemos decidir,
mas ainda no aprendemos a des-
cindir. Um mundo em que, atnitos, nos
sentimos consecutivamente apanhados
por acidente atrs de acidente, crise atrs
de crise, incerteza atrs de incerteza.
Apanhados pela exasperada sensao de

tudo previsto. E isso, tudo isto, j no se
sustenta mais.

An encounter is a wound

An encounter is a wound. A wound which
widens in a way that is both delicate and
brutal the possible and the thinkable,
signalling other worlds and other ways of
living together, as it subtracts past and
future by way of disruptive emergence.
An encounter can only be one when its
accidental manifestation is perceived as
offered, accepted and returned. From that
mutual implication emerges a middle, a
minimum environment whose duration will
little by little design, mark and inscribe itself
as a common landscape. An encounter can
only take place can only stop emerging
and start to happen if it is noticed and
consecutively counter-effectuated this is
to say, assisted, handled, cared for, each
time (re)made as never-ending.
Many accidents that could become
encounters never come to accomplish their
potential because when they come up they
are so hastily decoded, added to what
we already know and to the answers we
already have, that our existence goes on
is that even this catastrophe-accident
not acknowledge them as anxiety, as an
opportunity to reformulate questions, as an
occasion to restructure operative modes.
Assuming that we have to know first in
order to act afterwards, we hardly stop to
take notice of the accident: as soon as we
are caught in it, we tend to hinder its still
precarious and incipient manifestation. We
withdraw our body and move further with
the gaze believing it can objectively
perceive what is there or by looking,
assuming there is a meaning behind things
which is to be subjectively interpreted. In
either case, we arrive too soon with what
we know a law or point of view, a unified
or a plural one: both are manipulation.
Both are versions of the same scission
between subject and object, partitioning
the opportunity to experiment what the
and cannot. Unilaterally attributing the
capacity to produce agency and meaning to
the subject, as well as the right to legislate
about the object in order to diagnose,
control, classify, and pacify the spirit, etc.
Transformed into an object, the accidents
inclination and potentiality to affect are
also cancelled and boxed in, by force, in

This is the dominant logic operating in
our day-to-day the one of despair and

signs are inverted. Dismissed of the control
we believed to be ours by right, we find
ourselves paralysed, outraged before the
sudden sovereignty of the accident. We
enter a crisis, doubting about everything;
blaming the gods, the parents, the
state, the country. In despair, we rush to
the arbitrariness of who cares or the
superiority of anything goes: we take to
resisting. And if it doesnt work all the same,
then it is even worst, we take to desisting.
And then it is already too late the fact
of knowing does not apply anymore,
findings do not save us, and neither do
we open to mutual estimation; we thus miss
replace expectation with waiting, certainty
encounter tastes like. We lose control and
so the certainties that sustained it. We are
clearly not the ones who decide anymore.
In the meantime, as if we had forgotten
to synchronize our assumptions with the
actualisation of the world, we remain
hostages of the decree that gave us the
illusion that we have decided. Here is the
knot: not in the fact that we lost the power
of decision (have we ever had it?), but in
the fact that we are unable to take a de-
scission, revoking the decree of scission.
The world we live in today is precisely that:
the one where we have already understood
that we cannot decide, but not yet learned
how to de-scissor. A world where we,
astonished, uninterruptedly feel caught
by an accident after the other, crisis after
crisis, uncertainty after uncertainty. Caught
in the sensation that it is too late. Too
late to insist on the denial of disparities,
conflicts, disagreements, intransigencies,
equivoques turned into law. Too late
to insist on living as if the consensus
was possible or even desirable. To insist
on an unshakeable existence, supported
every thing a name, a frame, a regularity;
no frights or risks, everything explained,
everything foreseen. And that, all this, is no
longer sustainable.
It is no longer possible to keep on with an
accommodated existence, in the peaceful
indifference of the everythings fine, too
late anyway, both for resistance and for
desistence: it becomes clear that there
is no way out from those two ways of
unresponsiveness.
And that is precisely why this may well be
the right moment to staunch
despair and take notice of what surrounds
us. To suspend the regime of urgency,
creating the conditions for a disarmed
and responsible opening to emergence. To
with trust, complaint with commitment,

justo para estancar o desespero e reparar

a queixa pelo empenho, a acusao
pela participao, a rigidez pelo rigor, o

o condicionamento pela condio, o
poder pela fora, o abuso pelo uso, a
manipulao pelo manuseamento, o
descartar pelo reparar. Reparar no que

ferocidade com que cedemos ao medo e
recamos no hbito, nas respostas prontas
ou numa reao impulsiva qualquer,
apenas para saciar o desespero de no
saber. Isso s pode ser feito se abrirmos
mo do protagonismo, transferindo-o
para esse lugar terceiro, impuro e

e a procura inscivel por identificar e
acusar culpados, por fortalecer o lamento
enquanto, impvidas, as consequncias
vo seguindo os seus rumos. preciso,
justamente, activar um trabalho com as
consequncias, empenhado em assistir e
rastrear no bvio as oportunidades para
entrar em plano comum.
Se h alguma razo no encontro, no
a das causas e a dos sensos, mas a razo
o ratio das distncias que o com-pe
enquanto modulao distributiva de
diferenas dinmicas, autnomas porque
co-dependentes. este tipo de razo
que aparece quando nos envolvemos
na estimativa das variantes em jogo, no
precrio, que se instala a meio caminho no
cruzamento das inclinaes recprocas: o
acontecimento.
Se nos dermos esse tempo, esse
silncio, essa brecha; se suportarmos
manter a ferida aberta, se suportarmos
simplesmente (re)parar voltar a
parar para reparar no bvio at que
ele se desobvie ento, eis que o
encontro se apresenta e nos convida,
na sua complexidade embrulhada em
simplicidade.
Encontrar ir ter com. um entre-ter
que envolve desdobrar a estranheza que
a sbita apario do imprevisto nos traz.
Desdobrar o que ela tem e, ao mesmo
tempo, o que ns temos a lhe oferecer
em retorno. Desfragmentar, nas suas
midezas, as quantidades de diferena
inesperadamente postas em relao.
Retroceder do fragmento (parte de um
todo) ao fractal (todo de uma parte).
Relao: encaixe situado entre
possibilidades compossveis que co-
incidem.
Relao de relaes: uma tendncia, um
percurso, um acontecimento que s dura
enquanto no , que s dura enquanto
re-existimos com ele.
Viver juntos , to somente, adiar o fim.
obstinacy to define what things are,
what they signify, what they mean, takes place halfway at the crossroads of
what they represent. Give up the
obsession of causes, motives, reasons,
and the insatiable hunting to identify
and accuse the guilty ones, to reinforce
the lament while the consequences
impassibly pursue their purposes. Most
precisely, we have to activate a work with
the consequences, commit to assisting and
tracking in the obvious the opportunities
to enter a common plane.
If there is a reason in the encounter, its
not the reason of causes or judgments,
but the ratio of distances between the

this kind of reason that appears when
we engage in the guesstimate of the
variables at stake, in the infinitesimal
place, an impure and precarious place that
mutual inclinations: the event.
If we give ourselves that time, that silence,
that breach; if we can put up
with keeping the wound open, if we can
put up with simply (re)pairing stopping
anew in order to reconsider the obvious
until it dis-obviates then the encounter
presents itself and invites us in, with its
complexity wrapped up in simplicity.
To encounter is about having something
with. It is an enter-(main)-tainment an
inter-having , that implies unfolding the
strangeness brought about by the sudden
manifestation of the unexpected. To unfold
what it has and, at the same time,
what we have to offer it. To defragment,
in minutiae, the amounts of difference
unexpectedly put in relation. To go back

conceitos apresentados neste texto so
consequncia do encontro entre dois
modos de fazer o do etngrafo e o do
coregrafo, ou, mais precisamente, do
encontro entre duas inquietaes a de
Fernanda Eugnio com a antropologia
e a de Joo Fiadeiro com a dana que
revelaram-se como apenas uma.
Uma: a inquietao acerca de como viver
juntos, considerando que o aparato de
que dispomos para isso foi todo articulado
em torno da obsesso pelo separado,

pela deciso controlada, controladora ou
controlvel, disponibilizando-nos para
tomar uma des-ciso: entre humanos e
no-humanos, sujeitos e objetos, eu e o
entorno, pessoa e acontecimento, teoria
e prtica, pensamento e ao, agncia
e passividade, tica e esttica e tantos
dos outros opostos-complementares
replicantes que sustentam a nossa viso
de mundo.

somente no modo como o entendem.
Se o situam no futuro, colocam-nos para
comear pelo fim-finalidade: objectivo,
meta ou expectativa. Se o situam no
passado, colocam-nos para comear
pelo fim-causalidade: causa, origem,
motivo, razo, tradio ou, aqui tambm, nenhum espao para aquilo que no seja
expectativa. Essa simples escolha em se
comear pelo fim, encerra estes modos
operativos num formato-lei a lei da
expectativa, que nos pe partida na jogo no consegue ocupar lugar positivo:

antropologia. Por um lado, temos o espao
laboratorial concedido pelo dispositivo do
atelier/estdio; por outro lado, podemos
trabalhar no plano da vida vivida tomada
como campo etnogrfico.
O laboratrio permite-nos acionar aquilo
a que chamamos a escala maquete,
enquanto o trabalho de campo d-nos
acesso ao jogo escala humana. Essas
escalas correspondem a diferentes
cortes fractais, que entretanto, operam
do mesmo modo no que se refere ao
seu funcionamento. O modo como
nos implicamos e o ativar do trabalho
de re-parar e reparar ativa, ao mesmo
tempo, seja em que escala for, um viver
da vida negociao permanente com a
imprevisibilidade e um laboratrio de
investigao do viver juntos.
A diferena entre a maquete e o trabalho
em campo, a haver, estar no modo como

posio). Este procedimento no mais do
que uma ttica para nos protegermos de
ns prprios. S assim a partilha deixa de
ter um sentido-significado, para passar a
ter um sentido-direo.
Quando jogamos o jogo do saber, o
comum pensado enquanto cdigo pr-
existente (e, de preferncia, consensual):
para se jogar precisamos de saber
um conjunto de regras e, em seguida,
reproduzi-las. Quando nos dispomos
a jogar o jogo do sabor, o primeiro
trabalho encontrar o jogo (ou a direo
comum) a partir do que temos e de onde
estamos: um plano de convivncia para as
diferenas que trazemos para o encontro,
feito dos encaixes possveis entre elas (um
plano, portanto, dissensual). Isto perfaz
viver juntos, atravs duma entrada em
com-posio situacional e negociada com
o colectivo.
Como neste jogo no h regras
pressupostas, esta negociao s pode
ser feita com o que h (e no com o
que gostaramos que houvesse). Assim,
desde logo precisamos de estar atentos
temporalidade da prpria situao, pois
esta funciona, simultaneamente, enquanto
componente e enquanto condio de tudo
o que h. Ou seja, todo este trabalho de
com-posio no se pode impor como
pausa artificial, tendo, ao contrrio,
de encontrar tempo dentro do prprio
tempo para se realizar. Viver juntos d-se
(ou no se d) em tempo real: e este
no consiste numa linearidade objectiva
universal, mas no tempo realizado pela
emergncia prpria do evento, na durao
da autonomia de vo de cada situao.

Joo Fiadeiro e Fernanda Eugnio

Joo Fiadeiro
Pertenece a la generacin de coregrafos que surgieron en los aos 80 y dieron origen a la Nueva Danza Portuguesa. Gran parte de su
formacin se llev a cabo entre Lisboa, Nueva York y Berln. Integr la Compaa de Danza de Lisboa y el Ballet Gulbenkian. En 1990
fund la Compaa RE.AL, que produjo y difundi sus creaciones y represent coregrafos y artistas transdisciplinarios, a travs del LAB/
Proyectos en movimiento. A partir 2008, su atencin se volvi hacia el proceso y la investigacin en arte, en un cambio de paradigma
que reorient todo el programa de RE.AL. El mtodo de Composicin en Tiempo Real, originalmente diseado como una herramienta
para la escritura coreogrfica, se convirti as en una herramienta para repensar la decisin, la (re)presentacin y la cooperacin, lo que
lo llev a acercarse a los programas cientficos y la enseanza en diversas universidades nacionales e internacionales. En este marco
ocurri el encuentro con Fernanda Eugnio, con quien co-dirige el AND_Lab.

Fernanda Eugnio
Antroploga e investigadora. Post-doctorada en el Instituto de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de Lisboa; Realiz su Maestra
y Doctorado en Antropologa en el Museo Nacional de la UFRJ. Sus artculos y libros se han dedicado a pensar en los rediseos de
la creatividad y de la convivencia, y sus etnografas se enfocaron en situaciones de colaboracin/cooperacin y en las dinmicas
de las relaciones de pareja y amistad. En Ro de Janeiro, durante diez aos, trabaj como profesora e investigadora asociada en el
Centro de Estudios Sociales Aplicados (CESAP) y en la PUC-Rio. Se gradu tambin en performance y danza y pas a desarrollar un
trabajo singular acerca de la co-relacin entre Antropologa y Danza, a travs de la investigacin de los usos de la etnografa como
herramienta para crear paisajes comunes. Sus proposiciones site-specifics y performances invisibles en la ciudad a partir recorridos
y parajes fueron recibidos en eventos, festivales y escuelas de danza de diferentes ciudades de Brasil. Hace cuatro aos colabora con
Joo Fiadeiro. Desde 2011, vive en Lisboa y co-dirige el AND_Lab.

Pertence gerao de coregrafos que Antroploga, performer e investigadora.
emergiu no final dos anos 80 dando
origem Nova Dana Portuguesa.
Grande parte da sua formao foi
realizada entre Lisboa, Nova Iorque
e Berlim. Integrou a Cia. de Dana
de Lisboa e o Ballet Gulbenkian. Em
1990 fundou a Companhia RE.AL, que
produziu e difundiu as suas criaes e
representou coregrafos emergentes
e artistas transdisciplinares no mbito
do LAB/Projectos em movimento. Em
2008 transferiu o foco para o processo
e a para a investigao em arte, numa
mudana de paradigma que reorientou
todo o programa da RE.AL. O mtodo
da Composio em Tempo Real,
inicialmente desenhado como instrumento
de escrita coreogrfica, converteu-se
numa ferramenta transversal para
repensar a deciso, a (re)presentaco e
a cooperao, levando-o a aproximar-se
das cincias e a lecionar em programas
de diversas universidades nacionais e
internacionais. Neste quadro deu-se o
encontro com Fernanda Eugnio, com
quem co-dirige o AND_Lab.

Sociais da Universidade de Lisboa;
Doutora e Mestre em Antropologia pelo
Museu Nacional UFRJ. Seus artigos e livros
tm-se dedicado a pensar os redesenhos
da criatividade e da convivncia e em

Pesquisadora Associada e Professora
Titular e Adjunta no Centro de Estudos

e Dana e passou a desenvolver
