Item 1: Adaptive climbing wall
The fun park needs this because we try to be as inclusive as possible so that we can serve all types of
populations. By having a normal rock wall as well as an adaptive one we can market to those who may need
something like this as well as children who would like to start off on an easier rock wall and move their way up
to the harder one.
$4,799.99- 8X12 climbing wall for this comes with two floor mats. The hand and foot holds are bigger
and easier to hold onto making it easy for those who may have difficulty with the normal rock climbing
wall.
https://funandfunction.com/adaptive-climbing-wall-4741.html
$3,957.00- 8X12 this rock wall has about the same design and have the same dimensions but at a
cheaper price. They have grab bars making it accessible and easier to hold onto.

body harness that will help the person get to the top in a safe manner.

The ice activities department is trying to achieve a fun, safe, non-judgmental, and educational environment for
families to enjoy. The staff want to share their knowledge about ice skating to anyone willing to learn, and want
to show the clients how much fun it is to attend the events. We encourage anyone from any level of ice skating
to join us in lessons, competitions, performances, or even just open skate.

Our activities are three different levels of difficulty. Level one is the beginner level. Level one is a good suit for
anyone who is just beginning to learn, or anyone who has never been on the ice before. The activities that suit
the people of level one are; Basic Ice Skating for Kids, Basic Ice Skating for Adults, and Open Skate. The staff
are very good at helping the level one clients.

Level two activities are the activities for people who consider them-selves intermediate at ice skating. People
who are comfortable on ice skates will excel at intermediate activities. Our level two activities include;
Intermediate Ice Skating for Kids, Intermediate Ice Skating for Adults, Open Skate, Turning on a Dime, Ice
Dancing Routines, and Ice Dance Basics.

Our level three activities are designed for advanced skaters. The people who feel most comfortable in these
classes are the people who are comfortable with turning quick, stopping quickly, and skating backwards. The
level three activities include; Open Skate, All About Jumps, Ice Dancing Routines, Ice Dancing Performance,

Item #1: Ice Edger
Purchasing an ice edger will be beneficial because the ice that builds up around the edges of the rink cant be reached
by the Zamboni. If we purchase an edger, it will create a smoother surface around the walls of the rink so people will have
an easier time reaching the sides if need-be. This will increase the demand of the rink because people will enjoy skating
more with the buildup of ice around the edges of the rink gone.
$2,800- This edger has an adjustable cutting height. There is a snow deflector guard to send the ice towards the
center of the rink for the maintenance doing resurfacing to collect.
http://beckerarena.com/rink-ready-supplies-ice-edgers/thomsen-gasoline-ice-edger.html
$3,500- 2004 Olympia battery operated to reduce pollution.

$4,200- Hand operated battery powered edger. Excellent condition and comes with 3 new batteries.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/152276850639?lpid=82&chn=ps&ul_noapp=true

Item #2: Bleachers

Purchasing bleachers would be a good idea because spectators would be able to sit instead of stand during
performances, competitions, and other programs. When parents have children who are participating, or when families
have other family members doing open skate they may watch from there. Being able to have the cameras have the option
to be up higher will create better pictures for memories.
$14,588.03- These bleachers are aluminum and maintenance free. They are rust proof, and have a five-year
warranty. Along the sides there are handrails for improved safety. They are ten rows high.
http://www.schoollockers.com/bleachers/ten-row-bleachers/ten-row-guardrail-and-aisle.html
$1,171.43- These bleachers are portable. The downside is they only hold 30 people and do not have handrails.
Having portable bleachers would be good to haul them to different locations when needed.
http://www.onlinesports.com/equipment/bleachers/9-portable-stadium-aluminum.html
$8,703- ADA bleachers have seating for people in wheelchairs. There is a capacity of 75 with these bleachers.
There are handrails around the bleachers.

The Hotel Activities department is focused on providing guests of all ages with a variety of fun and exciting
events. The Hotel Activities department has worked hard and dedicated a substantial amount of time into
planning and organizing a wide variety of programs that will keep our guests happy and satisfied year-round.
We have broken our activities into three different sub-categories: Child Care, Movie Nights, and, One Time
Events.

Child Care: We offer child care to our guests so that parents can get out and enjoy other aspects of our
establishment, without having to worry about their children. Our staff is fully trained and certified, so that
parents know their children are placed in good hands. Within the child care center, rooms are broken down by
ages: 0-2, 3-6, and 7-12.

Movie Nights: Who doesnt love a nice, relaxing, enjoyable movie night?! Once a week, three different types of
movie nights are held for our guests. We plan a Family Movie Night, Teen Movie Night, and Date Movie Night.
Our family movie night will be available for all guests and the movie showed will be appropriate for all ages.
The teen movie night, is set up for adolescents and younger adults; preferably ages 16 to 23. The movie date
night is more focused on adults/parents and ran as a date night for a couple. Children are only allowed to
attend Family Movie Night.

One Time Events: Are one-time events are what they sound like, they only take will place once a year.
However, they are also focused around bigger holidays. Our one-time events will provide guests with life-long
memories of exciting and thrilling times. Our one-time events include: a giant Easter Egg Hunt, Mother-Son
Bingo Night, Daddy-Daughter Dance, 4th of July Picnic, Pumpkin Carving Contest, and a Winter Ball.

Item #1: Projector

In order to run our movie nights, a commercial sized project needs to be purchased. This projector will be used
at least three times each week for the movie nights. The projector could also be used at other special events,
such as bingo night, the Easter Egg hunt, and within the child care center. Without a projector, multiple TV
screens would have to be purchased and ran at multiple times to play the movies. A projector will also allow
guests to experience their movie nights in a more comfortable and manageable way.

Item #2: Fireworks Display

For the 4th of July Picnic, a fireworks show/display must be purchased. Although this show will cost more
compared to other purchases, the money has the potential of being made back through this event. Fireworks
draw people into places. By having a firework display, it will allow us to attract more guests to come the day of
the event, which will give us more potential of having repeat customers after the event. The bigger the show, the
more people will come. With that being said, a firework displays price will vary depending on how elaborate
the show is. Depending on how long we want the show to last, how many fireworks will be used, and other
special effects we can help control the total cost of the fireworks show.

Smaller Show- $3,000-$10,000 (http://activities.costhelper.com/fireworks.html)

Medium Show- $10,000-$25,000 (http://activities.costhelper.com/fireworks.html)

The two capital items that we would need are a new gator and a tractor. With a new tractor, we could we
could run more tours or even 2 tours at the same time.
$108,094 - John Deere
$88,500 - tractorhouse.com
$87,500 - Fastline
I would choose the one from the john Deere store because they will not only transport it to the property but it
comes with a warranty.

Having a gator is an invaluable resource for any place with trails. A gator can respond to emergencies on
the trails, speed up clean up, and allow for accommodations for individuals with disabilities, as well as many
more benefits. There are many different types of gators, however the ones we are considering have at least a
four-passenger option.
$24,659 - Polaris, a 4 seater that will accommodate all the activities.
$16,099 - Kawasaki, there is the MULE PRO-FXT EPS LE. All of the Kawasakis have a
three year warranty.
$12,050.08 - John Deere there is the Gator XUV560 S4. The John Deere comes standard with a
five year warranty.
I would choose the John Deere because of their adaptablity, price, and superior warranty.
