You are the Head Prefect of your school. The indiscipline cases in your school are on the
rise. Therefore, you have carried out a survey on the types of indiscipline cases and the
causes. Based on your findings, write a report to the Principal regarding the issue. In your
report, describe the types of the indiscipline cases and the causes. Provide suggestions to
overcome the problems.

Use the following notes to write your report.

Types of indiscipline cases

bullying
stealing
playing truant
bringing handphones to school

Causes
rules and regulations are poorly reinforced
peer influence
lack interest in studies
family problems

Suggestions
close monitoring by teachers
counseling sessions and motivational talks
impose heavier punishment

When writing the report, you must :

address your report to the Principal

provide a title
include your name
use all the notes given
add one suggestion on what parents can do to help overcome the problems

Note :

For your report, you will receive up to 15 marks for format and content points, and up to 20
marks for the quality of your writing.

Begin your story with: I woke up with a headache and remembered what had
happened last night.

5. Where theres a will, theres a way.

Write about your experience of knowing someone who has succeeded in life because

of his/her determination.
