Read the passage given below carefully and select the suitable option.

Each one had made their presentations on the project in the final meeting before starting the project. Yash was very confident that his
presentation was the best and was quite sure about the selection of his proposal. The presentations were coming to an end. Everybody was
keen to hear the result.
The manager appreciated everybodys contribution and declared that Nehas proposal was selected. Yash also joined the clapping but he
hated it from the bottom of his heart!
The manager called Neha up and asked her to explain her presentation. Initially Yash tried to find faults, but as he listened further, he
realized that Neha had a different point of view! Yashs mind slowly changed from being critical to accepting what was being presented.
The manager was aware of the keen competition between Yash and Neha and Yashs over confidence of being the best. He was surprised at
the change in Yashs body language. The manager took a huge risk. Both Neha and Yash were his best team members and he wanted them
to work together for the benefit of the team. The manager called upon him to comment on Nehas presentation.
Everybody in the hall was aware of the competition between the two but Yash surprised them all. He gave Neha a complement. He
sportingly acknowledged the strengths of Nehas presentation. Then with Nehas permission, he made a few suggestions. His suggestions
were genuine and there was not the slightest hint of envy expressed by him or his body language.
The manager was very happy to see his team member maturing. He congratulated Yash first for his comments and then declared Neha as the
leader for the project. He wished Neha the very best and hoped she would get everybodys cooperation for the same.
After the meeting, he called Yash to his cabin. I am very proud of you Yash, he said!
Yash looked at him and said, I remembered what you had taught us in the training. Of being flexible and not feeling defeated. I accepted
that I had not thought the way Neha had. I kept repeating to myself , BE FLEXIBLE, DO NOT BE STRESSED IF SOMEONE IS
BETTER!
I accepted the challenge of changing my attitude. I could make the comments because I had allowed myself to change. He smiled and
looked so much more composed and relaxed.
