Things to be considered in the implementation of
Uniform Ordinance Violation Receipt (UOVR)
1. The LGU is not required to fill up all the
fields in the UOVR, policy is set by the
LGU.
2. Every LGU UOVR booklet should have
a cover page that contains LGU specific
violation, corresponding codes and
other pertinent information, to assist
enforcers in filling up the UOVR.
