CONSTITUTION FOR THE _______

ARTICLE I - NAME

Section 1: The name of this organization shall be _______.

ARTICLE II PURPOSE

Section 1: It shall be the purpose of this organization to organize and promote games involving the used of paper,
pen, pencils, role playing, card games, and other table top games. Examples of such games included
but are not limited to Dungeons and Dragons and D20 systems.

ARTICLE III - MEMBERSHIP

Section 1: Membership
A. The majority of the membership of this organization shall consist of regularly enrolled undergraduate and
graduate students of the _______. Only those members who are currently registered _______ students
have voting privileges.

Section 2: Associate Members

A. University staff and faculty, and non-University persons may have associate membership status.
However, they have no voting privileges.

ARTICLE IV OFFICERS

Section 1: The officers shall include five _______ students that shall handle all club Business.

ARTICLE V - ELECTIONS

Section 1: Unless more students apply to be officers when there is a vacancy than spots available, those who
apply shall be accepted as an officer.

Section 2: Should more students apply, the current officers shall pick the new officer.

ARTICLE VI - MEETINGS

Section 1: Executive Board

A. The Executive Board shall meet as needed.

Section 2: General Council

A. The General Council will meet as needed.

ARTICLE VII FUNDING

Section 1: Proposals
A. Funding proposals must be submitted by the date set by the Executive Board.
B. In order to address a funding proposal that is submitted retroactively, one that was submitted after the
event occurred, there must be a 2/3 majority vote by Executive Board in order to present the proposal to
the General Council.

Section 2: Income
A. The officers may collect donations to be used for club related activities, events, or materials.

ARTICLE VIII CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS

Section 1: Procedure
A. Constitutional amendments may be submitted by any member at any meeting.
1. An amendment must receive 2/3-majority vote.
