and entire satisfaction by MARIANO F. GERANDOY, of legal age, Filipino, married, to

hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale, unto the said VENDEE, her
heirs, and assigns all my rights and interests over a certain coconut land and improvements thereon
which is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of coconut land consisting atr area of (5.0000) Hectare more or less, this rights and
that possession /owner, in the name Adriano E. Garson, located at Brgy, Bayanihan, Lrbjo,
Province of Dinagat Islands. and bounded, on the North by Z,xcaias N. Vales; on the East by
Antonia Lino; on the West by Creek ; and on the South by Brgy, Road.

Of which I am the absolute owrler the same being exclusively my separate property &ee
from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.

The above described proprfy not having been registered nnder Act No. 496 or under the
Spanish Mortgage Law the parties hereto have agreed to register this instrument in the Office of the
Register of Deeds, pursuant to the provisions of section 194 of the Revised Admin. Code as
amended by RA 3344.
