ABOUT ME
I am a friendly and approachable person, with over eight years of customer service experience
attained before and during my university studies. I am able to adapt to new surroundings easily
and am a collaborative and cooperative team member. My main goals that I aim to achieve in
every school setting are the participation in all curricular activities, the ability to create strong,
positive relationships with staff and students and a classroom that I can transform into a safe and

management, student safety and wellbeing. I have also developed a stronger contribution and
collaboration in PLT and PLC meetings.

Assisting people of all ages with special needs, experience different aspects of the community by
participating in day trips throughout the seven months. I was able to work in the office and gain a
knowledge of administration and planning of trips. I was later able to join the hiring panel and
assist in interviews as well as phoning applicant's references.
