SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, JUDITH G. DIZON, of legal age, Filipino, married to Remy P. Dizon and a resident
of Kalawag 111, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines, that by virtue of these presents, I have named,
constituted and appointed as I do hereby name, constitute and appoint, INOCENCIO P. GERZON, of
legal age, Filipino, married/widower and a resident of Kalawag 111, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat,
Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me, and in my name, place and stead to do
and perform the following acts and things, to wit:
1. To negotiate, contract and apply for a loan with the CREDIT BASIC INC. in Isulan,
Sultan Kudarat using my Isuzu Truck with Plate No. LGM 597 as collateral thereof;
2. To execute, make and sign any documents and deeds or any other instrument in
connection thereto, and to receive the proceeds thereof either in cash or in check/s and my
attorney-in-fact is duly authorized to encash the said check/s

3. To perform any such acts as may deemed just and reasonable to our attorney-in-fact.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done and about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present
and in acting in person and hereby confirming and ratifying all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
