Respected Sir,
I am writing to thank you for providing an internship in human resource department. I was
thrilled to have been chosen as one of this summers participant.
This was an opportunity I was seeking since I started my MBA, to work for one of the reputed
companies in country and no doubt Hotel One is one of them. I had worked for 1.5 months (i.e.
July 7, 2017 to August 18, 2017) for this Company. During this time I have spent as human
resource intern, I have been in awe and the way you have handled strategic plans effectively. I
tried my best to work on the same lines. As an intern with your organization I had the
opportunity to gain new skills and significant insights into human resource management. I
enjoyed my office rooms most; it was stage of production that I feel sense of usefulness.
My internship experience has confirmed my career goals of becoming human resource manager.
I found that I thoroughly enjoyed the seminars that were given on Services Excellence and
IGI Life Insurance, dated August 5, 2017 and August 9, 2017 respectively. I learned to tackle
the issues by the challenge of thinking quickly to find solutions to small problems with few
material resources. For the first time I got an exposure of corporate meetings with corporate
members, listening to them was great learning experience.
Thank you once again for all your help and trust you have shown in my capabilities and
providing me this excellent opportunities. I look forward to stay in touch with you and your staff
members.
