CERTIFICATE OF CANVASS

We, the Municipal Canvass Board, made up of Natalie Y. Howard, the duly appointed
and qualified City Clerk of the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and The Honorable Charles
Brown, District Court Judge, for the County of Bernalillo, hereby certify that on the 3rd day of
October 2017, the Offlce of the City Clerk conducted a Kegular Municipal Election, The
purpose of the election was to vote for Mayor, Five (5) City Councilors and Eleven (11) General
‘Obligation Bonds, and One (1) Proposed Ordinance. The election returns from said election
were canvassed by the Municipal Canvassing Board Pursuant to Section 3-8-53, NM.S.A. 1978,
‘on October 13, 2017. The results are as follows:

‘The total number of registered voters eligible to vote inthe Regular Municipal Election,
October 3, 2017 was 335,911. The total number of voters was 97,399, resulting in a voter
tumout of 29%.
‘The total number of signatures that will be required for voter initiatives proposed
pursuant to Article Ii, Section 3 ofthe City Charter for the next municipal election will be more
than 19,480 based on 20% of the number of voters who voted at the last regular municipal
‘mayoral election, which was this election held on October 3, 2017.
