ABSTRACT
To cite with our current situation of reduced customer base we would like to propose a potential solution
which can help in transforming our company outlook. A Multi-lingual Interactive Professional Website is
all we need to cater potential clients. It will serve as a marketing tool for reaching out to people easily and
also giving 24x7 support to customers.

INTRODUCTION
For the last couple of years, the clientele base of our company was not met as per our expectations while on
the other hand our expenses increased dramatically. The major reason being the lack of a professional website
which our competitors have. In todays professional world a company website is not an expenditure but an
investment. People from all over the world can see our potential and become interested in partnering with us
for conducting business thus expanding our global reach.

Going by the figures, our company lost business worth $1o million thus bringing down revenues by 15% in
the last 3 years. Starting from 2013-Q2 revenues started declining and over the last years our competitors
gained an upper hand as they were able to meet customer expectations more efficiently.

needs. A professional website enables a customer to make complains online and get live chat support by which
they are able to resolve day to day problems almost instantly. Our customer base has slowly started shifting
towards our competitors mainly Fusion India Project Management Pvt. Ltd., who has profited the most
because of our lack of online customer support.

One more reason for the decrease in revenue was the lack of multi lingual support for our customers. We have
our business spread out in the Middle East, Europe and Latin America where majority of the people have a
problem understanding English, our main mode of communication. Using the cutting edge programming
technology, we can easily get our website in different languages at a click of a single button thus reaching out
more to the masses, all at a very low cost. It will help us spreading our business even more.

It has been surveyed by our team that the following should be the reasons to opt for a Professional Multi-

CONCLUSION
Referring to the surveys conducted and the projections above, we can easily come to conclusion that a dynamic
website will add to the advantage of our organization which will showcase our mission, vision and
accomplishment, what we offer to our clienteles and how to approach us. If we take note of the ROI we can
see that the investment is of a nominal value as compared to the increase in revenue.
