Overview
Quinate is a property development company based in Tyger Valley,
Cape Town that focusses on residential projects in Gauteng,
Kwazulu Natal and Western Cape.
Quinate is raising R10 080 000 for the project, structured in the
form of 24 loans (investment opportunities) at a value of R420 000
each - 23 loans have already been taken up and Quinate has
partnered with RainFin to present the remaining investment
opportunity via the RainFin platform.
Nick Morgan has been involved in the real estate sector since 2005
with focus on residential developments, investments, structuring,
sales, letting and sectional title management. Prior to that, the
greater part of his career was spent in the corporate sector working for
Investment Banks.
