3.Interactive Presentation
Overview : In class routine most of the time found boring by the students which result in them not paying
attention which leads to them not understand the materials brought by the teachers, Teachers need to be more
creative nowadays to get the students attention, students nowadays are critical and opinionated which can be
good in certain circumstances though sometimes they use it in the wrong time for the wrong thing. To deliver
an understanding in pancasila in particular is very tricky because they already know each words whether they
actually understand it or not, and they all have their own interpretation of it. How the teacher present the topic
is just as important as the topic itself, if not, even more important.
Goal : Help teachers helping their students understanding pancasila in an engaging way.

Im familiar with the materials for most of the media, Ive designed for
these media before, but not for kids.
Ive also designed for kids even if it didnt involved these media,
although it wasnt my finest design.

Im not a fan of kids, they annoy me (most of the time).
In my previous class project Ive got kids as my target market (wasnt
my choice at the time) and it wasnt very good design.
Pancasila is not usually an interesting subject for kids, doesnt involve
fun characters or inviting objects.

Movies is one of the things teenagers enjoy spending time doing,
Back in high school Ive made Commercial and parody music video
for a class project, which means Im familiar with video shooting and
editing.
I enjoy video editing.
Its been awhile since I edit a video, I might not be as good as before.
Never written any story before.
Even more that Im not sure how to create a story about pancasila that
would be interesting enough for teenagers.
Might not be interesting enough for teenagers to watch.

My Kind of Pancasila
1. Ketuhanan yang Maha Esa (A divinity that is an ultimate unity)
What I like to point out about this is Ketuhanan, most people are too certain to
bind this with religion, when its specifically said ketuhanan, Tuhan (God) is the
one who created us, to whom we believe in, where religion is a routine we form to
express our gratitude to God, thats why religion is different from one another, the
problem is we somehow too certain that our way is right, the other is wrong when
in fact the only thing we can be certain is that we know we were created by whoever
it was, and that was it, just because we were raised by a certain way of life means
that others way of life is wrong, or if others is right, doesnt mean we are wrong, its
just means were different.
4. Kerakyatan yang Dipimpin oleh Hikmat, Kebijaksanaan, Dalam Permusy-
awaratan Perwakilan (Democracy predicated on the inherent wisdom of unanimi-
ty arising from deliberation among popular representatives)
I honestly have no comment about this, I think everyone can agreen its a good way
to live even though most people dont actually follow it, it seems. If the leaders of
our country give good example of this, I think our country will be better, although
it is not just depend on the leaders, we the habitant should give a good example of
this too for better generation in the future.

2. Kemanuasiaan yang adil dan beradab (A just and civilized humanity) 5. Keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia (social justice for all Indonesian people)
Basically a humane way of living. I honestly do not understand human, we all What does it mean though? Social justice who can determine what is socially

3. Persatuan Indonesia (The national unity of Indonesia)

Lately Ive been hearing about whos pribumi whos not, I get what it is, not sure
what it is in english. Google translate says it mean indigenous, its basically the
native citizen, native citizen is any person born in a place, territory or country,
and resides there with an original, original or indigenous status as an ethnic group
recognized as a tribe nations are not migrants from other countries. (wikipedia
explanation). I honestly never even thought of it, but after reading this it raised a
question in my head, what does this make me then? I born here, been living here
since then, its my nationality, but my grandfathers are both migrants, and my
grandmothers are both original citizen. I think Im questioning it because this been
a hot topic lately here. All of this aside, unity is whats important, clearly it doesnt
seem to be very well applied here, I guess we should ask ourselves why.

Acknowledging problems
1. Introducing Pancasila to children
From the SWOT I did for this project, I found that the
problem that I will face if work on this is:
1. Too many different materials and media to work on, in su-
cha short time.
2. could be too hard for children to understand such values
deep tot he core as they are still children, I think it can only
work if its only introducing and solely try to make them
understand but just teach them how to life by it (ex. dont
choose your friends based on their skin color, or their fam-
ilys religion, or making fun a friend means bullying and
they shouldnt do that because nobodys want to be bullied)
2. understanding Pancasila through film
From the SWOT I did for this project, I found that the
problem that I will face if work on this is:
1. The biggest problem about this I think is how to make the
story to be interesting as well as giving the values of pancasi-
la not in a boring way, because teenagers are easy to bore.
2. Understanding the teeagers lifestye and interest is impor-
tant as much as understanding the pancasila.

Conclution
From this I can conclude that it is better for me to work on the movie instead of
the introduction for kids, because theres more problem for me to face working for
children than it is making a movie for teenagers,

dont fully determined the main medie yet, before understanding the target mar-
