AFFIDAVIT-COMPLAINT

I, Mariane A. Guim, 30 years old, married, Filipino citizen and resident

of Caritan Centro, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan after having been duly sworn
to according to law hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the husband of Alexander Guim, 30 years old, an employee of

Tuguegarao City Hall. A machine copy of our certificate of
marriage is hereunto attached and made as an integral part hereof
as Annex A.

2. On August 27, 2017, my husbands brother Amiel F. Guim who is

a resident of Iguig, Cagayan visited our house and informed us that
he will be staying with us for a week.

3. In the evening of the same day, my husband asked permission from

me to go out for a drinking session with my brother-in-law.

4. Because of my husbands assurance that they would come home

early, I allowed them to go. As soon as my husband and brother-in-
law left at around 9 oclock in the evening, I already went to bed to
sleep.

5. At around 1 oclock of the same night, I was awakened by three

successive gunshots coming from more or less ten (10) meters
away from our house.

6. I immediately peep at the windows, wherein I saw our neighbor

Allan A. Molina alias Asiong, wearing black jacket and
camouflage pants carrying a pistol on his right hand.

7. I was so nervous and scared so hurriedly go out of my room to

check my husband and brother but they were not home yet.

8. After few minutes, somebody knocked in our door and identified

himself as my brother-in-law.
 9. As soon as I opened the door, my brother-in-law told me that my
husband was shot by somebody. The sworn statement of my
brother-in-law Amiel F. Guim is hereunto attached and made
integral part of the complaint as Annex B

10.I hurriedly go out of the house and saw a person lying into the
ground, wherein when I came nearer I got surprised for the bloody
person lying was indeed my husband.

11.Although gasping for breath, my husband was able to utter to me

that he was shot by Asiong. We then contacted the Tuguegarao
Rescue Team and brought my husband to Peoples Hospital but he
expired an hour later.

12. Police officers arrived in the hospital to investigate the shooting

incident and my brother-in-law informed them that he could
recognize the man who killed my husband and that the killer is our
neighbor Asiong. The original copy of the excerpt of the police
blotter duly issued by Senior Police Inspector Frank Pagulayan is
hereunto attached and made integral part of the complaint as
Annex C

13.I am executing this affidavit to attest the veracity of the foregoing

facts and for the purpose of filing of a complaint for MURDER
and/or the appropriate criminal case against ALLAN A.
MOLINA resident of Caritan Centro, Tuguegarao City.
