In the Buddha, the dharma, and the supreme assembly, I take refuge until enlightenment.

Thus recite his name three times. Arouse intense devotion and:
dn gyi nangwa tay kyi tukk hrih l nyipa jung
Before me is Amitbha. In his heart center is a HRH [ ]. From it, a second HRH [ ] appears.
shang buk y n rang nyi kyi nabuk yn shyuk nyingg
It exits from his right nostril, enters me through my left, and travels down to my heart center.
lung chir song dang lhenchik tu nabuk y n chomden gyi
As the air exits me, it emerges from my right nostril,
shang buk yn shyuk hrih la tim gyalw tuk dang rang gi sem
Enters the Bhagavn through his left nostril, and dissolves into the HRH [ ]. The victors wisdom and my own
mind
Say that and imagine accordingly. In conjunction with the cycle of the breath, perform the visualization again and again. At the end, mix your mind
with Amitbha's wisdom and when you lie down to sleep, fall asleep within this state. Alternatively, if at the end you do not go to sleep but get up
from the session, dissolve Amitbha into yourself or just let be free of reference points. Then make aspirations, either concise or extensive, as is
appropriate. This was written by Chkyi Lodr at the request of Lama Knzang Chpel of Nub. Virtue. Auspiciousness. Mangalam.
