IV. PROCEDURES
A. DAILY ROUTINE 10 minutes

Have the students read aloud the objectives for the lesson.
1. Give the students a blank table for site inspection checklist. (see Appendix A)
2. Ask the students to fill in the necessary information with their checklist.
3. Once the students are done with their checklist, they can proceed with the
next activity.
1. Present three sets of pictures for venue showing various aspects of each site.
2. In their checklist, have the students fill in the event section where they are
free to write any event of their choice.
3. After identifying the event, have the students perform the assessment of site
using the given pictures and the criteria that they have identified with their
checklist.
Ask the students the following questions after accomplishing the checklist:
1. Does the result of your checklist agree with the type of event you identified?
2. How does the checklist help an event manager in selecting a site or venue for
an event?
3. What is/are the advantage/s of using a checklist when conducting an ocular
visitation?
Search on the internet an example of a site inspection checklist for an event. Print
out a copy and paste it on your notebook.

VI. REFLECTION
Game as an introduction to a topic was also found out to be very effective as well.
Students tend to understand easy and well if they are enjoying the lesson. Learning at
the same time enjoying is effective because a happy class is a learning class.
