with the additional powers as follows:

A.- To purchase, to transfer, to buy, to sell, to give, to receive by donation, to save personal or
real property, or rights on them, to jeopardize, to enchant, request and post guarantees, avals
and bonds. For this purpose, grant the special powers provide under article 156 of the Peruvian
Civil code.
B. - To Delegate without losing its total powers or partially, any of the powers previously granted,
to revoke these permits and appoint new legal representatives.

2008, in order to grant power of attorney in the following:

The power of attorney granted is extended to Mr. Hernan Alfonso CARRASCO VALENCIA,
Peruvian, identified by DNI8(National Document of identification) No 06518611, recorded on
the entry 13 of the file No 7603, acting as a sole signature, for and on behalf of the Institution,
may carry out the powers as follows.:

2.1. - To open subsidiaries of the institution, in Latin America, particularly in the countries of
Bolivia and Ecuador.

To that end, it is expressly stated that the lord HERNAN ALFONZSO CARRAZCO perform In those
countries of Latin America. That institution decide to open branches on his own accord/as sole
signatory on the same special powers (contractual, banking, legal representation, issue) Award
