Is that it?

Definitely not! While next weeks lessons will focus directly on using The
Geometers Sketchpad, we will continue exploring the ideas discovered
through the software during the remainder of our geometry unit. Before
Thanksgiving break, students will be completing an end-of-unit partner
project which will include using and analyzing use of The Geometers

students to continue using The Geometers Sketchpad as a resource in the
meantime as well as in the future!

More Support: Khan Academy Where to Practice:

As we dive into our geometry unit, I encourage your student to refer to Khan By grade level:

themselves with. It has all this practice organized by grade level or by math subject.

Things to note: Geometry

Spending time practicing previously learned concepts is a GOOD thing! I transformations

memories.

As Always

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions regarding these two
programs, the math we are learning about in school, and/or your childs
progress in math. I am happy to provide more support. Additionally,
please check in with your student. Be sure to ask them about what they
are learning in terms of math concepts as well as technology. These next
few weeks will be very exciting and unique I am sure they will be eager
to share!
