INSTRUCTIONS

4. Attach the scanned copies (should be in 'jpg','gif' or 'png' format) of your mark sheets and certcates along with this
application form (preview page). We prefer that you upload the scanned copies (Max. 250Kb le size, each). If called for
the interview you will be asked to bring the originals of the relevant documents for verication.
5. Please carry your photo ID card (eg: College ID, Students card, Passport) at the time of admission test.
6. In case of GPA, normalize to 100%; for example if your GPA is out of 10, multiply by 10.

Recommendation - Candidate has to mention the names of two Referees. Persons who are familiar with candidate'
academic abilities and who can objectively assess his suitability for a research career. We will contact the referees and
request them to submit the online Condential Assessment Form only for candidates who will be asked to appear for th
interview. Candidates should inform referee about this. Suitable referees are:
i) A lecturer or a professor who has taught you recently a science or engineering course for at least one semester.
ii) An academic or technical person with whom you have carried out a scientic/technical project for a minimum of thr
months.
If your score in IIAST meet or exceed our cut-off mark, you will be required to attend an interview at IIA, Bangalore. Y
will be provided the second class train fare/bus fare by the shortest route for this trip.
